- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유기물질은 저분자 유기물질인 레이저 전사용 도너 기판.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 저분자 유기물질은 저분자 유기 발광 물질인 레이저 전사용 도너 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속층은 두께가 1 ㎛ 이하인 레이저 전사용 도너 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속으로는 레이저 빔 투과율이 상기 금속으로는 레이저 빔 투과율이 20 % 이하인 레이저 전사용 도너 기판.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 금속으로는 알루미늄(Al), 은(Ag), 크롬(Cr), 주석(Sn), 니켈(Ni), 티타늄(Ti), 코발트(Co), 아연(Zn), 금(Au), 구리(Cu), 텅스텐(W), 몰리브덴(Mo), 및 납(Pb)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종의 물질인 레이저 전사용 도너 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 광-열 변환층 하부에 가스 생성층을 더욱 포함하는 레이저 전사용 도너 기판.
- 기재 필름, 광-열 변환층, 버퍼층 및 전사층을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 버퍼층의 표면을 개질하기 위한 개질층을 상기 버퍼층과 전사층 사이에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 전사용 도너 기판.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 전사층은 저분자 유기 물질층인 레이저 전사용 도너 기판.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 저분자 유기 물질층은 저분자 유기 발광층인 레이저 전사용 도너 기판.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 개질층은 레이저 빔 투과율이 20 % 이하인 레이저 전사용 도너 기판.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 개질층은 금속으로 이루어지는 레이저 전사용 도너 기판.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 개질층은 알루미늄(Al), 은(Ag), 크롬(Cr), 주석(Sn), 니켈(Ni), 티타늄(Ti), 코발트(Co), 아연(Zn), 금(Au), 구리(Cu), 텅스텐(W), 몰리브덴(Mo), 납(Pb), 및 그의 산화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종의 물질로 형성되는 레이저 전사용 도너 기판.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 개질층의 두께는 1 ㎛ 이하인 레이저 전사용 도너 기판.
- 제 1항 또는 제 9항의 도너 기판을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
