Claims (16)
- 귀금속을 함유한 제올라이트 담체 촉매(A)와,알칼리 토금속 산화물과 희토류 금속 산화물의 혼합 금속산화물이 담지된 층상 무기산화물 담체 촉매(B)가,1 : 0.1 ∼ 4 중량비로 소성되어 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속이 고분산된 혼합 금속산화물 탈질촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 금속 산화물은 알칼리 토금속 산화물과 희토류 금속 산화물이 1 : 1.5 ∼ 10 중량비로 혼합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속이 고분산된 혼합 금속산화물 탈질촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트는 실리카(Si)/알루미나(Al)의 몰비가 10 ∼ 100 범위이고, BEA형, MFI형, MOR형 및 FER형 중에서 선택된 구조를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속이 고분산된 혼합 금속산화물 탈질촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 귀금속은 백금, 팔라듐 및 로듐 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속이 고분산된 혼합 금속산화물 탈질촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 토금속은 칼슘, 마그네슘 및 스토론튬 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속이 고분산된 혼합 금속산화물 탈질촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 금속은 란타늄, 세륨 및 네오도니움 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속이 고분산된 혼합 금속산화물 탈질촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 층상 무기산화물은 비표면적이 150 ∼ 250 m2/g인 알루미늄 마그네슘 하이드록사이드(Aluminum Magnesium Hydroxide)이며, 산화마그네슘(MgO)과 알루미나(Al2O3)가 40 ∼ 60 : 40 ∼ 60 중량% 함량비를 이루고 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속이 고분산된 혼합 금속산화물 탈질촉매.
- 알칼리 금속을 함유한 제올라이트 담체를, 귀금속용액에 침적시켜 이온교환하여 제올라이트 담체 촉매(A)를 제조하는 1 단계;층상 무기산화물 담체를, 알칼리 토금속 산화물과 희토류 금속 산화물의 혼합 금속산화물 용액에 침적시켜 층간에 혼합 금속산화물이 담지된 층상 무기산화물 담체 촉매(B)를 제조하는 2 단계; 및상기에서 제조된 제올라이트 담체 촉매(A)와 층상 무기산화물 담체 촉매(B)를 1 : 0.1 ∼ 4 중량비로 혼합하고, 산소분위기하에서 소성한 후에, 질소분위기하에서 열처리하여 탈질촉매를 제조하는 3 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 귀금속이 고분산된 혼합 금속산화물 탈질촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 금속 산화물은 알칼리 토금속 산화물과 희토류 금속 산화물은 1 : 1.5 ∼ 10 중량비로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 귀금속이 고분산된 혼합 금속산화물 탈질촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트 담체에 담지된 알칼리금속의 담지량은 0.003 ∼ 0.04 중량%이고, 층상 무기산화물 담체에 담지된 혼합 금속산화물의 담지 량은 10 ∼ 25 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 귀금속이 고분산된 혼합 금속산화물 탈질촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속은 리튬, 나트륨, 칼륨 및 세슘 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 귀금속이 고분산된 혼합 금속산화물 탈질촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 소성 온도는 450 ∼ 550 ℃이고, 열처리 온도는 450 ∼ 550 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 귀금속이 고분산된 혼합 금속산화물 탈질촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 질소분위기하에서 열처리한 후, 추가로 수소나 헬륨 분위기하에서 200 ∼ 400 ℃의 온도범위로 환원시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 귀금속이 고분산된 혼합 금속산화물 탈질촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 항 내지 청구항 7항 중에서 선택된 귀금속이 고분산된 혼합 금속산 화물 탈질촉매를 이용하여 400 ∼ 600 ℃ 반응온도 범위에서 질소산화물을 포함하는 배출가스로부터 질소산화물을 선택적으로 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물의 선택적 제거방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 배출가스는 질소산화물, 천연가스, 산소, 이산화황, 수증기, 물, 황산화물, 이산화탄소 및 공존가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물의 선택적 제거방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 질소산화물은 천연가스를 열원으로 하는 보일러, 가스터빈 및 린번 자동차의 내연 기관의 연소과정에서 배출되는 배출가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물의 선택적 제거방법.
