Claims (25)
- 노드 B 버퍼링된 데이터를 선택적으로 삭제하는 시스템으로, 상기 시스템은 적어도 하나의 노드 B에 접속된 무선 네트워크 제어기(RNC)를 포함하며, 상기 적어도 하나의 노드 B는 적어도 하나의 전송 버퍼를 구비하며,상기 RNC는 상기 전송 버퍼의 적어도 일부분의 퍼징을 언제 개시할지를 판단하여 퍼징을 원하는 노드 B로 표시를 전송하며,상기 노드 B는 상기 표시를 수신하고 그에 응답하여 상기 전송 버퍼 내의 데이터의 적어도 일부분을 삭제하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표시는 상기 RNC에서 상기 노드 B로 송신된 메시지의 일부분 만을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표시는 노드 B에서의 퍼징을 개시하는 것에 만 전용된 상기 RNC에서 상기 노드 B로 송신된 메시지를 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노드 B는 하나 이상의 메시지 수신 시 퍼징을 개시하도록 구성되며, 상기 표시는 상기 메시지들 중 하나를 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노드 B는 상기 전송 버퍼의 퍼징이 수행되었다는 긍정응답(ACK)을 발생하는 수단을 더 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 노드 B는 상기 긍정응답을 상기 RNC로 전송하는 수단을 더 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 긍정응답은 상기 노드 B에서 상기 RNC로 송신된 메시지의 일부분 만을 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 긍정응답은 또한 상기 UE 내의 데이터의 상태를 제공하는 것인 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 긍정응답은 상기 노드 B에서 상기 노드 B에 의해서 수행된 퍼징의 긍정응답에 만 전용된 상기 RNC로 송신된 메시지를 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 긍정응답은 또한 상기 UE 내의 데이터의 상태를 제공하는 것인 시스템.
- 적어도 하나의 노드 B에 접속된 무선 네트워크 제어기(RNC)를 구비한 무선 전송 시스템에서 데이터의 퍼징을 선택적으로 제어하는 방법으로, 상기 적어도 하나의 노드 B는 적어도 하나의 전송 버퍼를 가지며, 상기 방법은,상기 RNC에서 퍼징의 요구를 검출하는 단계와,상기 퍼징의 요구를 상기 노드 B에 통보하는 단계와,상기 노드 B에서 상기 통지에 응답하여 그의 전송 버퍼의 적어도 일부분의 데이터를 퍼징하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 노드 B에서 긍정응답을 발생하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 긍정응답을 상기 노드 B에서 상기 RNC로 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 긍정응답은 상기 노드 B에서 상기 RNC로 송신된 메시지의 일부분 만을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 긍정응답은 또한 상기 UE 내의 데이터의 상태를 제공하는 것인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 긍정응답은 상기 노드 B에서 상기 노드 B에 의해서 수행된 퍼징의 긍정응답에 만 전용된 상기 RNC로 송신된 메시지를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 긍정응답은 또한 상기 UE 내의 데이터의 상태를 제공하는 것인 방법.
- 무선 네트워크 제어기(RNC)와 통신하는 노드 B로서, 상기 RNC는 언제 전송 버퍼의 적어도 일부분의 퍼징을 개시할 지를 판단하여 퍼징을 원하는 노드 B로 표시를 전송하며, 상기 적어도 노드 B는,상기 표시를 수신하는 수신기와,전송 버퍼를 구비함으로써,상기 노드 B는 상기 표시에 응답하여 상기 전송 버퍼 내의 데이터의 적어도 일부분을 삭제하는 것인 노드 B.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 표시는 상기 RNC에서 상기 노드 B로 송신된 메시지의 일부분 만을 포함하는 것인 노드 B.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 표시는 상기 RNC에서 상기 노드 B에서의 퍼징을 개시하는 것에 만 전용된 노드 B로 송신된 메시지를 포함하는 것인 노드 B.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 노드 B는 하나 이상의 메시지 수신 시 퍼징을 개시하도록 구성되며, 상기 표시는 상기 메시지들 중 하나를 포함하는 것인 노드 B.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 노드 B는 상기 전송 버퍼의 퍼징이 수행되었다는 긍정응답(ACK)을 발생하는 수단을 더 포함하는 것인 노드 B.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 노드 B는 상기 긍정응답을 상기 RNC로 전송하는 송신기를 더 포함하는 것인 노드 B.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 긍정응답은 상기 노드 B에서 상기 RNC로 송신된 메시지의 일부분 만을 포함하는 것인 노드 B.
