Claims (2)
- 석재 또는 목재를 가열용기에 가열시켜 그 조직 내에 있는 수분을 먼저 증발시키거나 배출시켜 건조한 상태로 유지하고, 다음 이 건조된 석재 및 목재에 입자크기가 20나노미터(nm) 이하의 콜로이드상의 극미세 실버(Ag) 또는 티탄산화물(TiO2)의 나노입자가 100~10,000ppm 농도로 함침용액으로 주입된 함침용기에 석재 및 목재를 담가 함침 시키며, 이 금속나노입자는 콜로이드상에서 가열된 석재 또는 목재가 냉각되는 과정에 상기 극미세 금속나노입자가 석재 또는 목재에 침투되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 항균석재 및 항균목재의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속의 콜로이드상의 극미세 나노입자는 나노실버(Ag)입자 또는 산화티탄(TiO2)입자로 되고, 그 금속의 나노입자는 폴리머 양이 함침용액대비 0.2~9wtㆍ%가 결합된 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 폴리머가 코팅된 금속나노입자 또는 계면활성제의 수용체에서 제조된 금속의 나노실버입자 또는 실리카를 담체로 하고 있는 금속의 나노입자 등을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균석재 및 항균목재의 제조방법.
