Claims (3)
- 통상의 연속도장공정에 사용되는 소지, 알루미늄,용융아연도금강판,전기아연도금강판, 아연-55%알루미늄도금강판,스테레인스강판 등을 사용하여 표면에 부착된 이물질 제거를 위한 알카리 탈지 후에 크로메이트 피막처리 공정을 거치고 5-15㎛ 두께의 하도층(3)을 도장한 후 200 ~ 220℃에서 가열 건조하여 하도층을 피복한 후 밀차폐형 안료를 사용한 베이스 도료를 210 ~ 250℃로 가열건조하여 15~25㎛의 건조 도막층을 피복하고, 베이스 피복 후에 무늬층 형성에 적합하게 설계되도록 전사율을 극대화하고 전사된 무늬의 패턴이 건조되기까지 형태를 일정시간 유지할 목적으로 제조되는 무늬층 형성 도료를 사용하여 210 ~ 250℃로 가열건조하고 5~10㎛의 무늬 도막층을 피복하며, 도장기를 이용한 전사 방식을 사용하여 다양한 무늬의 칼라 강판을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 강판의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 강판은 잉크를 사용하여 온 그라바아 옵셋타입의 프린트강판 대신 도료를 사용하여 강판 소지층의 크로메이트 도장, 하도층 피복, 베이스도료 피복, 무늬인쇄층 피복의 4단계 피복으로 구성되도록 구성되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라강판의 제조방법.
- 상기 제 1항의 무늬층 형성에 사용되는 도료는 바인더로서 주수지 30~40중량부, 보조수지 10~20중량부, 착색인조마이카 3중량부 이하, 코발트-페라이트-크롬계 흑색안료 1~4중량부, 아연-철계 청색안료 2~4중량부, 크롬-철계 갈색안료 2~4중량부, 세라믹 옐로우 안료 1~3중량부와 실리카소포제 0.2중량부 이하, 특수아크릴소포제 0.2중량부 이하, 식소트로픽(thixotropic)조절제 0.3중량부 이하, 방향족 용제 4~6중량부, 지방족 용제 2~3중량부, 케톤 용제 30~35중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다양한 무늬를 나타내는 칼라강판용 도료.
