Claims (6)
- 축이 끼워져 지지되는 내경부를 갖춘 부시타입 베어링에 있어서,상기 내경부의 내주면에는 나선형 미세그루브가 서로 교차되게 형성되어 있으며, 상기 나선형 미세그루브는 축과의 사이로 유입되는 이물질을 내경부의 트인 양쪽으로 안내하여 배출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 부시타입 베어링
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 미세그루브의 깊이는 0.1∼0.5mm이고, 피치는 1.5∼4.0mm이며, 서로 간의 교차각도는 45°∼ 75°인 것을 특징으로 하는 부시타입 베어링.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 베어링의 내, 외면에는 윤활재 피막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부시타입 베어링.
- 부시타입 베어링을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,탄소강을 재료로 내경부를 갖는 부시타입 가공물로 기계가공하는 단계;나선형 돌기를 갖는 전조 다이를 상기 내경부의 일측으로 삽입한 후 회전시켜서 상기 내경부의 주면에 제 1의 나선형 미세그루브를 형성하는 단계;상기 전조 다이를 상기 내경부의 타측으로 삽입한 후 회전시켜서 상기 내경부의 주면에 상기 제 1의 나선형 미세그루브와 교차되는 제 2의 나선형 미세그루브를 형성하는 단계;상기 가공물의 내, 외면을 질화 열처리하는 단계; 및상기 가공물 내, 외면에 윤활재 피막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부시타입 베어링 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 열처리는 침류질화, 연질화, 가스질화중 하나를 실시하고 질화층의 경도가 HV550 이상인 것을 특징으로 부시타입 베어링 제조방법.
- 부시타입 베어링을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,탄소강을 재료로 내경부를 갖는 부시타입 가공물로 기계가공하는 단계;교차되는 나선형 돌기를 갖는 너얼링 공구를 상기 내경부에 수용시킨 후 내주면에 압착시켜 서로 교차되는 나선형 미세그루브를 형성하는 단계;상기 가공물의 내, 외면을 질화 열처리하는 단계; 및상기 가공물 내, 외면에 윤활재 피막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부시타입 베어링 제조방법.
