The traction hook is combined and fixed by a first towing nut assembly(20) installed in a front side of a bumper(2) of the vehicle and a second towing nut assembly(30) mounted at the vehicle body member disposed in a rear side of the bumper. Accordingly, the traction hook is settled and joined to a bumper towing nut(21) fixed to the bumper and a member towing nut(31) mounted in the vehicle body member at the same time.
