Claims (26)
- 공업용 직물이 경사 및 위사로부터 제직되며 또한 웹-지지 표면을 갖는 부직포의 제조 도중에 부직포 섬유 웹을 형성 및 이송하기 위해 무한 직물벨트 형태로 사용되는 다양한 공업용 직물에 있어서, 상기 공업용 직물의 웹-지지 표면상에 경사 및 위사중 하나의 적어도 일부가 거친 표면사이며 따라서 상기 웹-지지 표면상에 이송되는 부직포 섬유 웹이 상기 표면에 대해 이동이 억제됨을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 거친 표면사가 그 표면을 따라 움직이는 다수개의 거의 길이방향 채널을 가진 줄무늬 모노필라멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 줄무늬 모노필라멘트가 상기 채널을 제외하고는 원형, 계란형, 타원형, 정사각형 및 직사각형으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 단면형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 원형 단면형상을 갖는 상기 줄무늬 모노필라멘트에서 상기 채널이 상기 줄무늬 모노필라멘트 직경의 5% 내지 25% 범위의 깊이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 줄무늬 모노필라멘트가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET); 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PBT); 폴리사이클로헥산 디메틸렌 테레프탈산 (PCTA); PA 6; PA 6,6; PA 6,10; PA 6,12등의 폴리아미드 및 그의 공중합체; 폴리에틸렌 나프탈렌 (PEN); 폴리페닐렌 설파이드(PPS); 및 폴리에테르에테르케톤(PEEK); 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 고분자 수지물질로부터 압출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 줄무늬 모노필라멘트가 정전기 빌드업을 분산시킬 수 있는 개선된 능력을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 줄무늬 모노필라멘트가 1010ohm/cm 미만의 단위길이당 저항을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 줄무늬 모노필라멘트가 개선된 전도특성을 제공하는 물질의 외층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 외층의 상기 물질이 금속, 카본블랙 및 고유 전도성 고분자 물질로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 줄무늬 모노필라멘트가 스테인레스 강, 황동, 청동 및 철-닉켈 합금 와이어로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 금속와이어인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 거친 표면사가 다수의 필라멘트를 포함하는 멀티스트랜드 얀인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 필라멘트가 서로에 대해 가연된 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 필라멘트가 일체로 편성된 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET); 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PBT); 폴리사이클로헥산 디메틸렌 테레프탈산 (PCTA); PA 6; PA 6,6; PA 6,10; PA 6,12등의 폴리아미드 및 그의 공중합체; 폴리에틸렌 나프탈렌 (PEN); 폴리페닐렌 설파이드(PPS); 및 폴리에테르에테르케톤(PEEK); 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 고분자 수지물질로부터 압출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트가 정전기 빌드업을 분산시킬 수 있는 개선된 능력을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트가 1010ohm/cm 미만의 단위 길이당 저항을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트가 개선된 전도특성을 제공하는 물질의 외층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 외층의 상기 물질이 금속, 카본블랙 및 고유 전도성 고분자 물질로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트가 스테인레스 강, 황동, 청동 및 철-닉켈 합금 와이어로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 금속와이어인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공업용 직물의 웹-지지 표면상에 상기 경사 및 위사 둘 다의 적어도 일부가 상기 거친 표면사인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공업용 직물의 웹-지지 표면상에 상기 경사 및 위사 하나의 전부가 상기 거친 표면사인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공업용 직물의 웹-지지 표면상에 상기 경사 및 위사 둘 다의 전부가 상기 거친 표면사인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 거친-표면사의 적어도 일부가 상기 직물의 상기 웹-지지 표면상에 긴 부유부를 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 경사 및 위사가 단일-층 조직으로 제직되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 경사 및 위사가 이중-층 조직으로 제직되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 공업용 직물.
