Claims (9)
- 서열목록 제 1 서열에 기재된 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 포함하는 인간-유래 락토페리신을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드.
- (ⅰ) 상기 제 1 항의 폴리뉴클레오타이드; (ⅱ) 상기 (ⅰ)의 폴리뉴클레오타이드에 작동적으로 연결되며 식물세포에서 작용하여 RNA 분자를 형성시키는 프로모터; 및 (ⅲ) 식물세포에서 작용하여 상기 RNA 분자의 3'-말단의 폴리아데닐화를 야기시키는 3'-비-해독화 부위를 포함하는 인간-유래 락토페리신의 식물발현용 벡터.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 재조합 인간-유래 락토페리신을 일시적으로 발현하는 일시적 형질감염 식물체의 제조방법:(a) 상기 제 2 항의 식물발현용 벡터를 식물체의 식물세포로 도입되는 단계; 및(b) 상기 식물세포에 유전자 도입이 되었는지 여부를 확인하는 단계.
- 상기 제 3 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 재조합 인간-유래 락토페리신을 일시적으로 발현하는 일시적 형질감염 식물체.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 재조합 인간-유래 락토페리신의 제조방법:(a) 상기 제 2 항의 식물발현용 벡터를 식물세포로 도입되는 단계;(b) 상기 식물세포에 유전자 도입이 되었는 지 여부를 확인하는 단계; 및(c) 유전자가 도입된 식물세포를 포함하는 식물체로부터 재조합 락토페리신을 수득하는 단계.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 재조합 인간-유래 락토페리신을 안정되게 발현하는 형질전환 식물체의 제조방법:(a) 상기 제 2 항의 식물발현용 벡터를 식물세포에 도입하는 단계;(b) 형질전환된 식물세포를 선별하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 형질전환된 식물세포로부터 식물체를 재분화시켜 형질전환 식물체를 수득하는 단계.
- 상기 제 6 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 재조합 인간-유래 락토페리신을 안정되게 발현하는 형질전환 식물체.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 재조합 인간-유래 락토페리신의 제조방법:(a) 상기 제 2 항의 식물발현용 벡터를 식물세포에 도입하는 단계;(b) 형질전환된 식물세포를 선별하는 단계;(c) 상기 형질전환된 식물세포로부터 식물체를 재분화시켜 형질전환 식물체를 수득하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 형질전환 식물체로부터 재조합 락토페리신을 수득하는 단계.
- 상기 제 5 항 또는 제 8 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 재조합 인간-유래 락토페리신.
