Claims (45)
- 단성, 우성의 근류병 내성을 가지는 브라시카 올레라체아(Brassica oleracea) 식물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1-9 단계별 질병 테스트에서 레벨 2 또는 그 이하로 평가되거나 0-5 단계별 질병 테스트에서 1 또는 그 이하 레벨로 평가되는 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1-9 단계별 질병 테스트에서 레벨 1로 평가되거나 0-5 단계별 질병 테스트에서 레벨 0으로 평가되는 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 브로콜리, 흰색 양배추, 꽃양배추, 싹양배추, 보로콜, 사보이, 또는 적색 양배추인 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내성 형질이 PCR 증폭에 의해 수득될 수 있는 분자 마커에 링크된 식물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프라이머 O20 (서열번호 1) 또는 프라이머 Y13 (서열번호 2)를 이용한 PCR 증폭에 의해 수득될 수 있는 분자 마커에 링크된 식물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 내성 형질이 분자 마커의 10cM내에 위치하는 식물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 내성 형질이 분자 마커의 6cM내에 위치하는 식물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내성이 근류병에 내성이 있는 브라시카 라파(B. rapa) 식물에서 수득될 수 있는 식물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내성이 중국산 양배추 F1 잡종 Parkin에서 수득되는 식물.
- 단성, 우성의 근류병 내성을 부여하는 유전자좌를 포함하는 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- 근류병에 내성을 가진 브라시카 올레라체아 식물에 있어서,a) 당해 식물이 근류병 내성에 대해 동종접합성이고, 이러한 내성에 대해 동종접합성인 당해 식물을 단성, 우성의 근류병 내성에 대해 동종접합성인 "테스터" 식물과 교배시키는 경우, 교배후 제1 세대 후손 식물은 근류병 내성에 대해 1:0 분리비를 나타내고;b) 제1 세대 후손 식물을 자가수분시키는 경우, 생성된 제2 세대 후손 식물은 근류병 내성에 대해 1:0 분리비를 나타내는, 근류병에 내성을 가진 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- 제12항에 있어서, "테스터" 식물이, NCIMB에 수탁번호 NCIMB 41134로 기탁된 CFL667 계열으로부터 유래되고 상기 CFL667 계열에 포함된 우성, 단성의 근류병 내성을 포함하는 식물, 또는 상기 CFL667 계열에 포함된 우성, 단성의 근류병 내성을 포함하는 상기 CFL667 계열의 후손 또는 조상인, 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- 근류병 내성에 이종접합성이고, 이러한 내성에 대해 이종접합성인 당해 식물을 단성, 우성의 근류병 내성에 대해 이종접합성인 "테스터" 식물과 교배시키는 경우, 교배로 부터 생성된 제1 세대 후손 식물이 근류병 내성에 대해 3:1 분리비를 나타내는, 근류병 내성을 포함하는 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 제1 세대 후손의 식물을 근류병 내성에 대해 이종접합성인 식물과 추가 교배시키는 경우, 생성된 제 2 세대 후손 식물이 근류병 내성에 대해 5:1 분리비를 나타내는 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, "테스터" 식물이 NCIMB에 수탁번호 NCIMB 41134로 기탁된 CFL667 계열의 식물, 또는 상기 CFL667 계열에 포함된 우성, 단성의 근류병 내성을 포함하는 상기 CFL667 계열의 후손 또는 조상, 또는 상기 CFL667 계열에 포함된 우성, 단성의 근류병 내성을 포함하고 NCIMB에 수탁번호 NCIMB 41134로 기탁된 상기 CFL667 계열로 부터 유래된 식물인, 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 근류병 내성에 동종접합성인 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 근류병 내성에 이종접합성인 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 근교계 또는 이게놈성반수체인 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 잡종인 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- 제19항 또는 제20항에 있어서, 세포질 웅성 불임인 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- 제1항 내지 제21항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 식물의 종자.
- 제1항 내지 제21항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 식물의 열매 또는 일부분.
- 제1항 내지 제21항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 식물의 화분, 배주 또는 배인 식물의 일부분.
- 근류병에 대한 브라시카 올레라체아 식물 내성을 부여하는데 있어서 단성, 우성의 근류병 내성의 용도.
- 제25항에 있어서, 내성이 중국산 양배추 F1 잡종 Parkin에서 수득될 수 있는 용도.
- a) 근류병에 내성인 브라시카 라파(Brassica rapa) 식물을 수득하고;b) 상기 브라시카 라파(Brassica rapa) 식물을 브라시카 올레라체아(Brassica oleracea) 식물과 교배시키고;c) b) 단계 교배로부터 생성된 배를 회생시키고;d) c) 단계의 배로부터 식물을 재생시키고;e) d) 단계의 식물로부터 근류병에 내성인 식물을 선별하고;f) e) 단계로 부터 생성된 식물을 브라시카 올레라체아(Brassica oleracea) 식물과 역교배시키는 단계를 포함하는, 단성, 우성의 근류병 내성을 포함하는 브라시카 올레라체아 식물을 생성하는 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 내성 형질을 엘리트 브라시카 올레라체아 근교계로 유전자침투시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 근교계를 또 다른 브라시카 올레라체아 근교계와 교배시켜, 잡종을 만드는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제27항 내지 제29항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득될 수 있는 브라시카 올레라체아 식물.
- a) 근류병에 단성, 우성 내성인 브라시카 올레라체아 식물을 수득하고;b) a) 단계의 브라시카 올레라체아 식물을 근류병에 민감한 또는 덜 내성인 브라시카 올레라체아 식물과 교배시키고;c) b) 단계의 교배로부터 근류병에 내성인 식물을 선별하는 단계를 포함하는, 근류병에 민감한 또는 덜 내성인 브라시카 올레라체아 식물에 우성, 단성의 근류병 내성을 전이시키는 방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 내성 형질을 근류병에 민감한 또는 덜 내성인 브라시카 올레라체아 식물에 역교배시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 브라시카 게놈에서 증폭시킨, 길이가 약 400bp이고 서열번호 1를 포함하는 DNA 단편.
- 브라시카 게놈에서 증폭시킨, 길이가 약 640bp이고 서열번호 2를 포함하는 DNA 단편.
- 제33항 또는 제34항에 있어서, 브라시카 식물에서 단성, 우성의 근류병 내성의 존재를 나타내는 DNA 단편.
- 근류병에 내성이 있는 브라시카 식물을 확인하는데 있어서 제33항 또는 제34항에 따른 DNA 단편의 용도.
- 브라시카 게놈에서 약 400 bp의 DNA 단편을 검출하는데 있어서 프라이머 O20(서열번호 1)의 용도.
- 브라시카 게놈에서 약 640 bp의 DNA 단편을 검출하는데 있어서 프라이머 Y13(서열번호 2)의 용도.
- 근류병에 내성이 있는 브라시카 식물을 확인하는데 있어서 프라이머 O20 또는 Y13의 용도.
- 제36항 내지 제39항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 브라시카 식물이 브라시카 올레라체아인 용도.
- 서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 2에서 제시된 올리고뉴클레오티드를 포함하는, 브라시카 올레라체아 식물에서 단성, 우성의 근류병 내성을 검출하기 위한 키트.
- a) 우성, 단성의 근류병 내성을 포함하는 브라시카 올레라체아 식물을 수득하고;b) a) 단계의 브라시카 올레라체아 식물을 근류병에 민감한 또는 덜 내성인 브라시카 올레라체아 식물과 교배시키고;c) 프라이머 O20(서열번호 1) 또는 프라이머 Y13(서열번호 2)을 이용한 PCR 증폭에 의해 수득된 DNA 단편을 포함하는 식물을 선별하는 단계 (이때, c) 단계의 식물은 근류병에 내성이 있다)를 포함하는, 근류병에 민감한 또는 덜 내성인 브라시카 올레라체아 식물에 우성, 단성의 근류병 내성을 전이시키는 방법.
- 제42항에 있어서, 내성 형질을 근류병에 민감한 또는 덜 내성인 브라시카 올레라체아 식물에 역교배시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- a) 브라시카 올레라체아 식물에서 샘플을 수득하고;b) 상기 샘플에서 프라이머 O20(서열번호 1) 또는 프라이머 Y13(서열번호2)을 이용한 PCR 증폭에 의해 수득할 수 있는 DNA 단편을 검출하는 단계(이때, b) 단계의 브라시카 올레라체아 식물은 근류병에 내성이 있다)을 포함하는, 근류병에 내성이 있는 브라시카 올레라체아 식물을 확인하는 방법.
- a) 브라시카 올레라체아 식물군을 제공하고;b) 상기 식물군의 식물에서 샘플을 수득하고;c) 상기 샘플에서 프라이머 O20(서열번호 1) 또는 프라이머 Y13(서열번호2)을 이용한 PCR 증폭에 의해 수득할 수 있는 DNA 단편을 검출하는 단계(이때, b) 단계의 브라시카 올레라체아 식물은 근류병에 내성이 있다)을 포함하는, 브라시카 올레라체아 식물군으로부터 근류병에 내성이 있는 브라시카 올레라체아 식물을 선별하는 방법.
