Abstract
Description
Claims (23)
- 배수 구멍 및 공기 입구 개구를 갖는 밸브 본체와, 솔레노이드 코일과, 피스톤을 포함하고,상기 배수 구멍은 배수 입구 및 배수 출구를 갖고,상기 피스톤은 배수 구멍 및 공기 입구 개구가 밀봉되는 폐쇄 상태와 배수 구멍 및 공기 입구 개구가 개방되는 개방 상태 사이에서 이동 가능하도록 밸브 본체 내에 배열되고, 피스톤의 이동은 솔레노이드에 의해 제어되는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체는 공기 입구 개구 및 배수 구멍이 개방되는 내부 챔버를 한정하는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체는 공기 공급원에 공기 입구 개구를 연결하는 공기 통로를 포함하는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체는 배수 출구에 배수 입구를 연결하는 배수 통로를 포함하는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체는 하나 이상의 공기 입구 개구를 포함하는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤은 로드 및 헤드를 포함하는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 헤드는 로드에 부착되는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 헤드는 로드로부터 분리되어 로드에 의해 이동되는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 헤드는 배수 구멍 및 공기 입구 개구 중 적어도 하나를 밀봉하는 수단을 제공하도록 구성되는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 헤드는 배수 구멍 및 공기 입구 개구 모두를 밀봉하도록 구성되는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤은 2개 이상의 헤드를 포함하고, 각각의 헤드는 로드에 독립적으로 부착되거나 또는 로드와 분리되는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤은 로드에 부착된 제1 헤드 및 로드와 분리되지만 로드에 의해 이동되는 제2 헤드를 포함하는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 로드는 사용시에 제2 헤드와 상호 작용하고 로드의 이동시에 제2 헤드의 이동을 초래하는, 그로부터 연장된 플랜지를 포함하는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제6항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤은 로드의 적어도 일부가 배수 구멍을 통해 연장되도록 밸브 본체 내에 배열되는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤에 부착된 자화 가능한(magnetisable) 재료의 솔레노이드 전기자를 포함하는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드 전기자 및 피스톤은 솔레노이드의 에너지 공급 및 차단이 솔레노이드 전기자의 이동을 초래하고 그 후 피스톤의 이동을 유발하도록 배열되는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 자화 가능한 재료의 솔레노이드 스템을 포함하는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드 스템은 솔레노이드 코일의 에너지 공급이 자기장을 솔레노이드 스템 및 솔레노이드 전기자 내에 유도하도록 밸브 본체 내에 배열되는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개폐 상태 중 하나로 피스톤을 편의시키는 편의 수단을 포함하는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 편의 수단은 하나 이상의 스프링인 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 제19항 또는 제20항에 있어서, 상기 밸브는 편의 수단이 편의력을 제공하도록 작용하는 보유 표면을 추가로 포함하는 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
- 실질적으로 본 명세서에서 그리고 본 명세서의 도면 중 도1 내지 도4를 참조하여 설명된 바와 같은 솔레노이드 연료 배수 밸브.
