Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pavement material for road surfaces on which people and vehicles travel, and more specifically, using clay as a main raw material, there is no dirt and weeds, as well as excellent water retention and water permeability, and excellent heat absorption and thermal insulation. It relates to a nature-friendly road surface pavement that retains the excellent natural-friendly features that have a natural soil.
Conventionally, asphalt road is used as a surface layer of asphalt as a mixture of asphalt and concrete on the road on which the vehicle runs, which has a severe change in temperature and environment according to seasons in Korea as it lacks permeability, water retention, heat absorption, and heat retention. It can be seen that there are several problems.
In other words, in summer, the sun is exposed to strong sunlight and radiant heat is generated to increase the atmospheric temperature. As a result, ascon coal melts and the hardness of the road decreases. Not only do it absorb rainwater from heavy rains, it causes flooding of nearby rivers, and snow or rainwater easily freezes on the road surface in winter, causing traffic accidents and casualties due to slipping of vehicles or pedestrians. In addition, there have been problems such as cracking on the road due to shrinkage due to low temperature.
Due to these problems, the service life is shortened and the road repair works need to be carried out from time to time, and due to the waste ascon treatment due to the repair workers, there is a double loss of money and a complex loss due to environmental pollution.
In order to compensate for this, various construction methods and paving materials such as waste tire powder method or porous aggregate where drainage holes are sufficiently secured and road paving material for freezing prevention are used. And improvement of efficacy, so that the development of construction methods and pavement materials that can complement water permeability, conservativeness and warmth at the same time, and prevention of environmental pollution, as well as its needs to meet the needs of pedestrians and drivers who demand eco-friendly roads together. The solution is urgent.
Therefore, the present invention has been devised to eliminate the above problems, construction by promoting the solidification reaction by reducing the proportion of the solidified material added to the main material by adding EPS mixture to the solidifying agent using the clay as the main material Extremely change of temperature by combining heat storage / heating ability with excellent breathability, water permeability and water repellency while improving strength, durability and elasticity while maintaining the characteristics of the main material without shortening the time, reducing shrinkage and preventing cracks. It is a technical task, with the focus on providing environmentally friendly roads that do not change even in the event of environmental changes.
사람과 차량이 주행하는 도로를 포장하는 도로 표면용 포장재에 있어서; A road surface pavement for paving a road on which a person and a vehicle travel;
It consists of 100kg of normal fine aggregate, which is composed of natural soil, and 0.3 ~ 1kg of EPS mixed solution composed of 5 ~ 16kg of cement used as solidified material, aqueous solution, and 13 ~ 17kg of water.
The EPS (Eco-Path System) mixture is a liquid in which alkali metal and alkaline earth metal salts, such as potassium and chelium ions, are dissolved at a high concentration. The components and preparation method of the liquid are briefly shown in Table 1 below. .
ESP mixed solution produced in the same manner as the ingredients and the preparation method of Table 1 has a function of reducing the shrinkage of the mixture by reducing the shrinkage rate of the post-mixture at the same time due to the effect of promoting the lowering reaction of the conventional solidification agent It is a mixed solution that has the function of reducing the amount of added solidifying agent by closing the organic substances contained in the main ingredients.
In addition, when looking at the three aggregates (細 骨材) in detail, depending on the use of the ground to the packaging material is divided into two types for pedestrians and vehicles are described in detail as follows.
In other words, pedestrians are suitable for trails, bicycle paths, walkways, farm roads, gardens, etc., where the load on the road surface is 80-100 kg / ㎠, and the main raw material is made of Masato. Likewise, the road surface is formed with a thickness of 3 ~ 5cm so that the maximum dry density is maintained at P damx × 90 (%) on the lower and upper layers.
This is most suitable when the water content of the Masato and the conditions and ratios of the particles are the results as shown in Table 2 and Equation 1 below in order to satisfy the compaction by compacting the road surface.
1)(Formula 1)
It can be seen that the water content ratio during the compounding may vary depending on the particle size and the water content of Masato, as indicated by the experimental results of the mass percentages by the particle diameter range of Table 2 and the standard functional ratio of Formula 1.
In addition, the vehicle is suitable for parking lots, temporary roads, fire-fighting roads, etc. to which heavy loads of 100 kg / cm2 or more are applied to the road surface. The road surface is formed to a thickness of 5 ~ 10cm with the maximum dry density maintaining P damx × 96 (%).
In addition, the said hardening | curing agent uses a normal blast furnace cement.
In order to form the road surface pavement described above, for the sake of more efficient mixing, the preliminary mixture is first formed by mixing the solidifying agent with the main material, and then the dilution liquid is formed by diluting the EPS mixture in a predetermined amount based on the blending amount and the water addition amount of the mixed liquid. It is added to the pre-mixed to form a pavement for the road surface.
Specifically, the premixed material formed by adding and adding a solidifying agent to the main material is to uniformize the diffusion of the solidifying agent into the main material. Based on the standard water content ratio shown in Figure 1 is suitable for about 20 seconds after the addition of the solidifying agent, and if the mixing time is long, the solidified solid is not easy to mix the mixed liquid.
At the same time as the pre-mixing is completed, the dilution mixture of EPS mixture and water is added and mixed for about 30 seconds to produce road pavement.
As described in detail above, the pavement material for road surfaces of the present invention does not use ascon, but uses the clay as the main material to reduce the ratio of the solidified material to promote the solidification reaction, thereby shortening the construction time and reducing the shrinkage rate. It not only prevents cracks but also maintains the properties of the main material while improving strength, durability, and elasticity, providing excellent breathability, permeability, and water retention, as well as heat storage / heating properties. It is a great invention that it can be expected to form a nature-friendly road that does not have weeds and does not have weeds, but retains the excellent nature-friendly characteristics of natural soil having both absorbency and warmth.
