Abstract
본 발명은 헛개나무 열매를 포함한 혼합 재료를 특징으로 하는 건강식품의 제조방법으로서 그 조성비율은 헛개나무 열매 40중량%, 갈화 20중량%를 혼합하여 숙취해소와 간기능 보호에 대한 효과증진과 이에 강화사자발쑥 30중량%를 혼합하여 면역작용, 강장, 강정 등의 약리적 효과를 높였다.
Description
본 발명은 헛개나무 열매를 포함한 혼합 재료를 특징으로 하는 건강식품의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 기존의 헛개나무 열매를 이용한 건강식품의 제조는 헛개나무 열매와 잎의 추출액만을 이용, 액상 형태나 환을 제조하는 것으로서 그 효과에 있어서 한계를 가지고 있었다.
상기한 바와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 발명은 헛개나무 열매와 갈화, 강화사자발쑥, 가시오가피를 함께 혼합함으로써 효과를 증대시키고 이를 환 형태나 액상 형태로 제조하는 데에 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 헛개나무 열매를 포함한 혼합 재료를 특징으로 하는 건강식품의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 그 조성 비율은 헛개나무 열매 40중량%, 갈화 20중량%, 강화사자발쑥 30중량%, 가시오가피 10중량%로서 각각은 다음과 같은 특징을 갖고 있다.
헛개나무 열매
헛개나무 성분은 과당, 설탕, 포도당, 카탈라제, 페록시다제 등의 당분과 칼륨, 칼슘, 철, 트리테르페토이드인, 호베인산, 루틴, 사포닌을 함유하고 있으며 헛개나무 식물체 여러 부위중 숙취해소 작용 및 간 보호작용의 실험결과 약리효능이 가장 우수한 부위는 열매자루 부분으로 나타났으며 약리 효능을 나타내는 주물질은 분자량 114,500의 다당체로 규명되었으며 간염 증상시 상승되는 LDH나 GPT의 효소수치를 떨어뜨려 간 보호작용이 우수함이 규명되었다.
갈화 (칡눈꽃)
동의보감, 중양대사전 등에 주독을 풀고 간을 보호해 주는 효능이 알려져 있다. 갈화에 함유된 로비닌, 이소플라본 등의 성분은 알코올 분해대사를 촉진하여 숙취제거 및 간기능 보호작용으로 그 약리적 기능이 널리 알려져 있다.
강화사자발쑥
짙은 엽록소, 치네올, 세스텔펜 등의 정유성분과 비타민 A,C, 양질의 미네랄이 많이 들어있는 알칼리성 식품으로 일반쑥에 비해 더 낮은 농도에서 항균력이 뛰어나다.
가시오가피
성분은 치사노사이드, 아카소사이드, 세사민 등 오가피 배당체를 비롯해 사포닌, 플라보노이드, 각종 비타민, 칼슘 등이 풍부하다. 이 식물의 근피와 수피에서 추출된 엘루데로사이드, 비타민 B, E 등은 피로를 회복시키며 주요 약리학적 효능으로는 강장, 강정, 신경통, 중풍, 당뇨병, 고혈압, 저혈압, 건망증, 불면증 및 류마티스 치료 등에 효과가 인정되고 있다.
상기한 재료로 환의 제조 실시예는 다음과 같다.

선별재료를 세척 후 80C로 건조한다.
분쇄기로 들어갈 크기로 절단(50 mesh)후 분쇄한다(200 mesh)
분쇄한 원료를 비율에 따라 혼합후 반죽하여 제형의 크기에 맞게 원형절단, 매끄럽게 만든후 80C 건조기에서 다시 건조한다.
붕해도 및 알코올 분해 실험을 거친후 합격된 반제품을 코팅한다.
상기한 발명은 헛개나무 열매에 갈화를 혼합, 숙취해소 및 간보호 기능을 높였고 강화사자발쑥, 가시오가피를 첨가함으로써 강장, 강정 등 약리적 효과를 증진시키는 효과를 나타낸다. 혼합재료의 액상 형태와 더불어 환 형태로의 제조는 성분의 함유 비율을 높일 수 있으며 복용하기에 편리하다.
