Claims (13)
- 재조합N-글리코실화된 표적 단백질의 생산계로, 상기 생산계는 표적 단백질의 요청된N-글리코실화 반응을 수행할 수 있는 대사 기구를 암호화하는 유전학적인 정보가 도입되어있는 원핵 유기체를 포함하고, 여기서, 상기 원핵 유기체는 또한 하나 이상의 재조합 표적 단백질의 발현을 위해 요구되는 유전학적인 정보를 함유하는 생산계.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 대사 기구는 지질 담체 상에서 올리고당의 조립을 위한 특이적 글리코실트랜스퍼라제 및 원하는 표적 단백질의 특이적 잔기에 이 올리고당을 공유결합 연결하는 OTase를 포함하는 생산계.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 원핵 유기체는Escherichia coli인 생산계.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 원핵 유기체는 특이적 글리코실트랜스퍼라제의 타입에 의해 한정되는 특이적 구조를 가진N-글리칸을 생산하는 생산계.
- 재조합N-글리코실화된 표적 단백질의 생산 방법으로, 상기 방법은 원핵 유기체로 표적 단백질의 요청된N-글리코실화 반응을 수행할 수 있는 대사 기구를 암호화하는 유전학적인 정보의 도입을 포함하고, 또한 하나 이상의 재조합 표적 단백질의 발현에 요구되는 유전학적인 정보도 상기 원핵 유기체로 도입되는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 대사 기구는 지질 담체에 올리고당의 조립을 위한 특이적 글리코실트랜스퍼라제 및 원하는 표적 단백질의 특이적 잔기에 이 올리고당을 공유결합적으로 연결하는 OTase를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 원핵 유기체는Escherichia coli인 방법.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 특이적 글리코실트랜스퍼라제의 선별에 의해, 상기 원핵 유기체는 특이적 글리코실트랜스퍼라제의 타입에 의해 한정되는 특이적 구조를 가진N-글리칸을 생산하는 방법.
- 인간 또는 동물 또는 식물의 치료를 위한 약제의 생산 또는 약제의 개발을 위한 표적 단백질의 생산을 위한 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 생산계 또는 제 5항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 사용.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 생산계 또는 제 5항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 생산된, 영양소 및/또는 약제학적인 목적을 위한단백질.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 생산계 또는 제 5항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 생산된, 인간 또는 동물 또는 식물을 위한 백신, 시토킨 및 유사 약제.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 생산계 또는 제 5항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 생산된 단백질을 포함하는 산업 효소, 기능성 식품, 화장품, 포장재료 및 섬유.
- 인간 또는 동물 또는 식물 질병의 치료를 위한 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 생산계 또는 제 5항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 대해 생산된 약제의 사용.
