Claims (4)
- 엔진(1)에 의해 구동되는 유압펌프(10)와, 상기 유압펌프(10)에서 토출되는 압유를 압송하는 메인라인(20)과, 상기 메인라인(20)의 압유를 일시적으로 저장하는 어큐물레이터(27)와, 상기 메인라인(20)에서 분지되며 전진 1단 클러치(32a), 후진 1단 클러치(32b), 전진 2단 클러치(32c), 후진 2단 클러치(32d)와 각각 연결되는 제 1 내지 제 4분지라인(30a, 30b, 30c, 30d)을 포함하는 변속장치의 유압 제어시스템에 있어서,상기 유압펌프(10)의 토출 유량에 관계없이 상시 일정한 유량의 압유가 상기 각 클러치(32a, 32b, 32c, 32d)에 공급될 수 있도록 상기 메인라인(10)을 따라 압송되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 유량제어수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속장치의 유압 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유량제어수단은 설정된 유량만 메인라인(10)을 통과시키고, 초과분의 압유는 드레인시킬 수 있도록 상기 메인라인(10)에 설치되는 플로루 디바이더(40)인 것을 특징으로 하는 변속장치의 유압 제어 시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 플로루 디바이더(40)에 의해 설정된 유량은, 상기 엔진(1)의 아이들링시 상기 유압펌프(10)로부터 토출되는 압유의 유량과 동일하게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속장치의 유압 제어 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유량제어수단은 상기 메인라인(10)의 압유를 바이패스하여 상기 어큐물레이터(27)로 공급할 수 있도록 상기 메인라인(10)과 상기 어큐물레이터(27)와 연결되는 제 3유압라인(60)과, 상기 제 3유압라인(60)에 설치되는 오리피스(62)로 구성되는 것을 특징을 하는 변속장치의 유압 제어 시스템.
