Abstract
A ladder for an offshore structure installed on a girder of an offshore structure, comprising: a pair of ladders provided with a foot plate for connecting vertical frames and having a groove formed in a vertical frame; a fixed member rotatably fixed to an upper end of the ladder; The ladder for an offshore structure according to the present invention is characterized in that a ladder for an offshore structure according to the present invention can be safely lifted and lowered by using a ladder during operation, An effect of preventing an accident can be obtained.
Further, according to the present invention, the ladder for offshore structure minimizes additional work by using a dedicated jig to increase productivity, and can easily adjust the height and width of the ladder, thereby maximizing the convenience of installation and demolition.
Description
The present invention relates to a ladder for an offshore structure that is installed to overcome a plurality of girders installed in an offshore structure such as a TOP SIDE and a FIXED PLATFORM.
Generally, the ladder is installed for the purpose of moving the worker to a high place in various work, or for working or moving at a high place, and it is convenient for the worker.
In particular, ladders used in ships are installed for the purpose of work and block inspection in offshore structures such as topside and fixed platforms. On the other hand, the girder is made up to a certain height, and the height of the girder is more than half of the worker's body height.
However, to pass through the girder, the operator has difficulty in moving, and a ladder is installed for this purpose. At this time, the operator has to pass the ladder, so there is a risk of falling.
The height of the ladder is high, which leads to inadequate behavior when moving. The ladder is installed and dismantled by a professional installer, and the work time for installation or disassembly of the ladder is increased. The installation of equipment such as a ladder increases the number of workings due to partial interference.
In order to overcome such disadvantages, the following documents 1 and 2 can be considered. According to the prior art document 1, the folding type workbench is a workbench for easily folding a pair of footrests that are folded and fixed firmly in an unfolded state and a footrest which can withstand the vertical load applied from the upper portion of the footrest.
Also, according to the prior art document 2, a substantially quadrilateral operation pedestal is provided on the upper part of the ladder to perform a work in a stable posture, thereby providing a folding type ladder capable of preventing work efficiency and safety accident in advance.
However, the folding type workbench manufactured according to Patent Document 1 has a complicated internal structure, and the means for fixing the foot plate and the legs are formed of springs, so that the foot plate is shaken at the time of using for a long time and the safety of the worker is poor.
In addition, the folding type ladder device manufactured according to Patent Document 2 has a problem that it is difficult to use the folding type ladder device at a high place due to the legs maintaining a certain angle or more in order to disperse the distribution of the load.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a ladder for an offshore structure that minimizes additional work due to installation and disassembly of the ladder.
