Abstract

본 고안은 조리용 기름 제거 도구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 프라이 팬 등의 조리 도구에 부착하여 전이나 튀김 등의 기름기 많은 요리의 기름을 제거할 수 있는 조리용 기름 제거 도구에 관한 것이다. 본 고안의 조리용 기름 제거 도구는 프라이 팬에 탈부착이 가능하면 기름이 외부로 흘러내릴 수 있는 홈이 상판에 형성되어 외부에서 기름을 수집가능하게 한다.

조리용 기름 제거 도구{Oil removing apparutus for cooking}
본 고안은 조리용 기름 제거 도구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 프라이 팬 등의 조리 도구에 부착하여 전이나 튀김 등의 기름기 많은 요리의 기름을 제거할 수 있는 조리용 기름 제거 도구에 관한 것이다.
명절이나 생일 등 행사시에는 많은 양의 전이나 튀김 등 기름기가 많은 요리를 하게 되는데, 이 때 전을 뒤집으면서 모양이 흐트러지기도 하고 심지어는 부서져서 상에 올리기 어렵게 되기도 한다. 또한 기름기를 제거하기 위해 키친 타올 등을 사용하기도 하는데 화학적 처리를 거친 키친 타올에 뜨거운 음식을 올리는 것이 건강에도 좋지 않을 뿐 아니라 많은 양의 일회용 키친 타올을 사용하여 환경 보호적 측면에서도 바람직하지 않았다.

따라서, 본 고안의 목적은 요리시 쉽게 기름을 제거할 수 있고 또한, 전 등의 부침 요리를 할 때, 쉽게 뒤집을 수 있게 할 수 있는 요리용 보조 기구를 제공하는 것이다.
상기 본 고안의 목적은 기름을 제거하기 위한 홈(221) 이 형성되어 있는 상판(22) , 상기 상판에서 연장되어 조리 용구에 끼우도록 하는 결착부(24), 외부에서 상기 상판을 지지하는 지지부(21) 및 상기 상판의 하단으로 연결되어 상기 홈에서 흘러내리는 기름을 외부로 제거하기 위한 경사부(25)를 포함하는 조리용 기름 제거 도구에 의해 달성된다.
본 고안의 조리용 기름 제거 도구에 의해 생선이나, 전, 튀김, 계란 프라이 등 여러 가지 기름을 포함한 음식을 안전하고 편리하게 기름을 제거할 수 있다.
또한, 요리를 할 때 본 고안의 도구가 장착된 부분으로 밀어 올리면서 뒤집으면 요리의 모양이 흐트러지거나 요리가 부서지는 것을 방지할 수 있게 한다.

본 고안을 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1은 본 고안의 조리용 기름 제거 도구의 사시도이다. 본 고안의 조리용 기름 제거 도구는 기름을 제거하기 위한 홈(221) 이 상판(22)에 형성되어 있다. 조리 후에 음식을 상기 상판(22)에 올리면 상판에 형성된 홈(221)으로 기름이 빠지게 되고, 이 홈은 그 단부에 형성된 개구부(222)를 통해 경사부(25)로 흐르게 된다. 경사부를 따라 흐른 기름은 별도의 수집통(30)에 모이게 된다.
도 2의 사용 상태도에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안의 조리도구는 결착부(24)를 사용하여 프라이 팬(10)에 쉽게 끼울 수 있도록 구성되어 있고, 외부에서 상기 상판을 지지하는 지지부(21)에 의해 지지된다. 본 고안의 조리 도구의 재질은 내열성 플라스틱 또는 스테인 레스 스틸 등의 금속을 사용할 수 있고, 금속 등의 중량이 있는 재질을 사용하는 경우에는 프라이 팬의 손잡이(11)도 어느 정도 무게가 나가가는 재질로 구성하는 것이 음식을 올려놓았을 때 기울거나 하지 않아서 바람직하다.

  1. 기름을 제거하기 위한 홈(221) 이 형성되어 있는 상판(22) , 상기 상판에서 연장되어 조리 용구에 끼우도록 하는 결착부(24), 외부에서 상기 상판을 지지하는 지지부(21) 및 상기 상판의 하단으로 연결되어 상기 홈에서 흘러내리는 기름을 외부로 제거하기 위한 경사부(25)를 포함하는 조리용 기름 제거 도구.
  2. 제 1항의 조리용 기름 제거 도구가 부착된 프라이팬.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 프라이팬의 손잡이 무게는 상기 조리용 기름 제거 도구의 무게와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 프라이팬.
