Abstract
防溅油锅罩。传统炒菜用的锅盖是一体结构，炒菜时须拿离锅盖，锅盖与锅体分离，当菜放进锅里和油接触的时候，由于菜中含有水份或放菜力量大了，锅里烧热的油会从侧面飞溅出来，溅出来的油又不能被油烟机抽走，从而给橱房卫生及清洁带来许多问题；炖菜时，中途打开锅盖时，锅体口全部外露，其内热量很快散尽，导致浪费能源。
本实用新型的组成包括：圆柱形侧壁（

背景技术：
传统炒菜用的锅盖是一体结构，炒菜时须拿离锅盖，锅盖与锅体分离，当菜放进锅里和油接触的时候，由于菜中含有水份或放菜力量大了，锅里烧热的油会从侧面飞溅出来，溅出来的油又不能被油烟机抽走，从而给橱房卫生及清洁带来许多问题；炖菜时，中途打开锅盖时，锅体口全部外露，其内热量很快散尽，导致浪费能源。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防溅油锅罩，有效防止油锅溅油及热量散失。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现：
一种防溅油锅罩，其组成包括：圆柱形侧壁和顶面，所述的顶面具有偏心圆进料口，所述的偏心圆进料口内侧设有挡油圈，所述的挡油圈上安装有透明盖，所述的顶面上设有主把手，所述的透明盖上设有副把手。
有益效果：
1. 本实用新型在菜和烧热的油接触时，在放菜之前，把圆柱形锅罩放在锅体上（透明盖先不放），然后从偏心圆进料口放入菜品，翻炒后放入透明盖，
这样就可以把向外溅出的大部分油拦在圆柱形锅罩里边，当向外溅出的油溅完之后，再揭开圆柱形锅罩或透明盖炒菜，那时就没有向外溅的油了，从而达到了炒菜时不让油溅出来的目的。
2. 本实用新型采用可方便分离的两体结构，有效挡住了溅油，在不改变烹饪方法和饮食习惯的情况下能有效阻止煎炒时外溅的油污，保持炉灶的清洁和人身安全。能使油烟相对集中，不发散，从而使油烟有效的从油烟机中排出，保持厨房更加清洁，锅盖打开后，可以减少热量损失。
