Claims (1)
- 펌프케이스와, 상기 펌프케이스의 일측에 연결된 인입배관과, 상기 펌프케이스의 타측에 연결된 토출배관과, 상기 인입배관 및 상기 토출배관의 타측이 결합되는 워터자킷과, 상기 워터자킷의 내부에 형성되고 모터를 수용하는 모터프레임과, 상기 워터자킷의 상부에 공기를 배출하기 위한 에어밴드를 포함하는 정압장치가 부착된 자냉식펌프에 있어서,상기 워터자킷의 내주양측과 상기 모터프레임의 외주양측에 형성되어 상기 워터자켓의 내주와 상기 모터프레임의 외주 사이의 공간을 제1실 및 제2실로 분리하는 분리벽과,상기 펌프케이스로부터 냉각수가 유입되도록 상기 인입배관의 양단에 연결되고, 일측에 바이패스밸브가 형성되고, 상부에 자냉식 펌프의 설정압력을 조정하기 위한 정압조정핸들이 형성되고, 내부에 상기 정압조절핸들의 하부에 연결된 압축조절관과 상기 압축조절관의 일단에 연결된 정압스프링과 상기 정압스프링의 일측에 연결된 시트를 포함하는 정압장치로 구성되고,상기 토출배관에서 상기 자냉식 펌프에 설정된 이상의 고압이 작용하는 경우 상기 정압장치의 인입배관측의 고압에 의해 시트가 상부로 상승되고, 정압장치의 out방향으로 인입배관의 고압이 토출되어 상기 자냉식펌프의 인입배관 및 토출배관의 압력이 설정된 압력으로 보정되어 상기 펌프케이스의 좌, 우측에 결합된 배관에 부착된 각종 센서 및 기계장치의 파손이 방지되고,상기 배관의 냉각수가 펌프케이스, 정압장치, 인입배관을 거쳐 상기 분리벽에 의해 분리된 상기 제1실로 유입되고, 상기 제1실로 유입된 냉각수는 상기 모터프레임의 상부와 상기 워터자킷 사이의 공간을 통해 상기 제2실로 유입된 후, 상기 토출배관으로 연속적으로 토출되어 상기 자냉식펌프의 모터프레임에 전도되는 열이 감소되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 정압장치가 부착된 자냉식펌프.
