Claims (2)
- 프레임 상면판(41)에 부착된 서보콘트롤러(14)의 제어신호에 의해 구동하는 서보모터(13)에 의해 메인샤프트(12)를 구동시키는 구동기어부(10)와; 일측은 편심된 상기 메인샤프트(12)에 설치되고 타측은 상하로 구비된 상부링크(21)와 하부링크(22)에 연결된 콘넥팅로드(23)와, 프레임의 하면판(42)에 양측으로 고정된 플런저가이드(24)에 승하강 가능하도록 결합된 플런저(25)로 구성된 너클기구부(20)와; 프레임의 하면판(42)에 고정되고 발란스로드(32)에 상단에 결합된 발란스피스톤 (31)을 내재하고 하단 끝단에 베이스(33)가 결합된 발란스실린더부(30)를; 포함하는 너클프레스(100)에 있어서;상기 구동기어부(10)는 양측으로 대향되게 설치되고 상기 프레임 상면판(41)의 모터하우징(43)에 내재된 서보모터(13)의 축에 착설된 제1기어(131)와, 상기 제1기어(131) 하단에 고정된 드라이브샤프트(11)의 일측은 상기 제1기어(131)에 연결된 제2기어(112)가 구비되고 타측은 구비된 제3기어(111)가 편심된 메인샤프트 (12)에 설치된 메인기어(121)에 연결되며, 상기 메인기어(121)가 양측으로 대향되게 설치된 상기 너클기구부(20)에 연결되며, 상기 발란스실린더부(30)는 프레임 하면판 (42) 양측에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 너클기구를 이용한 서보프레스 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 메인기어(12)는 각각의 상기 서보모터(13)에 의해 구동되어 각각의 상기 너클기구부(20)를 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 너클기구를 이용한 서보프레스 구조.
