Figure 4 also shows a state of use of the headrest device for automobiles according to the present invention.
The present invention relates to a headrest device for an automobile, and more particularly, to an automobile headrest device capable of a resilient movement that can change the angle according to the driver's posture to fulfill the role of the head support. It also provides a headrest that keeps the driver safe by having a shock absorbing area to protect the head from impact in the event of an accident.
In general, the headrest is fixed by a non-elastic steel stay fitted to the vehicle chair body through a hole in the upper portion of the automobile chair. Due to this, the headrest is always attached to the same position separately from the driver's head position, which makes it difficult to perform the original role of the driver's head support role.
During driving, the driver's head is usually positioned in front of the chair's headrest, so the driver often does not lean his head against the headrest and loses its original function of supporting the head.
In addition, in case of sudden braking and accident, the driver's head is shocked to the rear, and at this time, the fixed head restraints the head and neck, and there is a risk of injury such as cervical spine damage.
Therefore, in order to overcome this disadvantage, the present invention includes a cushioning portion made of an elastic material at the connection portion between the car chair and the headrest during normal driving, so that the headrest is substantially the head of the driver despite the change in the head position of the automobile driver during normal driving. It is an object of the present invention to provide a headrest device for a vehicle that can support the driver's fatigue.
Another object of the present invention is to protect the driver from accident risk by providing a headrest device having a shock absorbing portion to absorb the shock to protect the driver's head from a sudden shock in the event of an accident.
Hereinafter, the technical configuration of the present invention in detail by the accompanying drawings.
1 is a schematic view showing a state in which the headrest device for an automobile according to the present invention is mounted on an automobile chair, and the
2A and 2B are views of the headrest of FIG. 1 viewed from the side, showing the
Figure 3 is a front view of the headrest for automobiles according to the present invention is connected to the elastic member (Fig. 3 shows a spring) constituting the cushioning portion to the headrest support (5) present in the headrest (3). There is a pull-out 6 in the lower portion of the buffer portion, the pull-in 6 is introduced into the inside of the chair body (1) and serves to enable the height adjustment of the headrest (3).
4 is an operational state diagram of the buffer portion according to the present invention, showing that the headrest can move in a nimble way. The headrest for a vehicle according to the present invention can be moved to support it elastically according to the position of the head of the driver, which is possible because there is a buffer portion consisting of the elastic material which is a feature of the present invention.
The present invention can substantially support the head of the motor vehicle driver during normal driving, thus reducing the fatigue of the driver during long distance driving, and the impact of the front and rear collision due to the buffering action of the shock absorbing part, which is a characteristic of the present invention, in case of an accident or sudden braking. (Cervical spine) and head can be protected.
In addition, the headrest device according to the present invention can be manufactured to suit the individuality of the flat iron and spring, and can be produced differently depending on the vehicle model depending on the aesthetics. In addition, it is possible to adjust the headrest to the top and bottom of the headrest by adjusting the entrance to fit the driver's body type.
