Abstract

본 고안은 도어 프레임과 칸막이 패널의 사이에 점검 칸막이 패널을 연결하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 도어 프레임과 칸막이 패널의 각 측면부에 나사로 고정되는 톱니형 클립과; 클립의 양측에 착탈이 가능한 점검 칸막이 패널을 구비하여서 된 것인바, 상기 톱니형 클립의 양측에 전, 후면 점검 칸막이 패널의 양측 삽입부를 대향으로 결합하게 된 구성이다. 따라서 도어 프레임과 칸막이 패널과의 사이에 점검 칸막이 패널을 손쉽게 설치 및 분리할 수 있도록 구성함으로서, 점검 칸막이 패널에 전원 또는 통신용 소켓이나 기타 부착물의 설치 및 교체가 용이하고, 점검 칸막이 패널의 내부에 전선이나 통신용 케이블을 설치하는 작업이 매우 간편하게 된 것이다.

Description

점검 칸막이 패널 연결장치{COUPLING DEVICE FOR CHECK PARTITION PANELS}
본 고안은 도어 프레임과 칸막이 패널의 사이에 점검 칸막이 패널을 연결하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 도어 프레임에 연결되는 칸막이 패널에 직접 전원 또는 통신용 소켓 등을 설치하였었다. 그러나 칸막이 패널은 통상 테두리 프레임의 전 후면에 석고보드를 접합시켜서 분리할 수 없도록 고정되었다. 따라서 칸막이 패널의 내부에 전선을 배선하는 작업이 매우 복잡하였으며, 소켓의 수리나 교체가 어려운 결점이 있었다.
본 고안에서는 상기한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 도어 프레임과 칸막이 패널의 각 측면부에 나사로 고정되는 톱니형 클립과; 클립의 양측에 착탈이 가능한 점검 칸막이 패널을 구비하여서 된 것인바, 상기 톱니형 클립의 양측에 전, 후면 점검 칸막이 패널의 양측 삽입부를 대향으로 결합하게 된 구성이다. 따라서 도어 프레임과 칸막이 패널과의 사이에 점검 칸막이 패널을 손쉽게 설치 및 분리할 수 있도록 구성함으로서, 점검 칸막이 패널에 전원 또는 통신용 소켓이나 기타 부착물의 설치 및 교체가 용이하고, 점검 칸막이 패널의 내부에 전선이나 통신용 케이블을 설치하는 작업이 매우 간편하게 된 점검 칸막이 패널 연결장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 고안의 구성 및 작용을 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.

도 2는 도 1의 Ⅰ-Ⅰ선 확대단면도로서, 도어 프레임(10)과 칸막이 패널(20)의 측면부(11)(21)에 나사(30)로 고정되는 톱니형 클립(40)(40a)과; ""형 강판(60)의 양측 삽입부(61)에 걸림턱(62)이 형성되고, 내면에 석고보드(70)가 부착된 점검 칸막이 패널(50)로 구성되어서, 상기 톱니형 클립(40)(40a)의 양측에 전, 후면 점검 칸막이 패널(50)의 삽입부(61)를 대향으로 삽입시켜서 걸림턱(62)이 톱니형 클립(20)의 내측에 각기 결합되게 한다. 미설명부호 80은 도어 프레임(10)의 측면부(11)를 보강하기 위한 보강채널이고, 90은 도어를 표시한 것이다.
본 고안은 도어 프레임(10)과 칸막이 패널(20)의 측면부(11)(21)에 부착된 톱니형 클립(20)(20a)의 양측에 전, 후면 점검 칸막이 패널(50)을 손쉽게 설치 및 분리할 수 있도록 구성함으로서, 점검 칸막이패널(50)에 전원 또는 통신용 소켓이나 기타 부착물의 설치 및 교체가 용이하고, 점검 칸막이 패널(50)의 내부에 전선이나 통신용 케이블을 설치하는 작업이 매우 간편하게 된 유용한 고안이다.
