Claims (2)
- 전처리된 볼트/너트를 도금하는 도금공정과, 상기 도금된 볼트/너트를 원심분리기에 의해 탈루하는 탈루공정과, 상기 아연탈루된 볼트/너트를 냉각/후처리하는 냉각/후처리공정과, 이를 포장하여 배출하는 포장공정으로 이루어진 용융 아연 도금 볼트 너트의 도금처리방법에 있어서;전처리된 볼트/너트를 도금온도 530∼535℃를 유지하며 도금로에서 30∼35초간 침적하여 볼트/너트를 용융 아연 도금하고,상기 도금된 볼트/너트를 도금로에서 건져 탈루공정의 원심분리기로 4초내에 이송하며,이송된 볼트/너트를 원심분리기에 의해 7초 이상 회전시켜 볼트/너트 스레드의 아연 탈루를 증대시킴으로서 아연도금 도막 두께를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 아연도금 볼트 너트의 도금처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 원심분리기에 의해 아연탈루된 너트는 너트 탈아연기 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 아연도금 볼트 너트의 도금처리방법.
