공원산책로 시공용 황토조성물 및 시공 공법{Yellow earth composition and construction indusry for park walk road construction}Yellow earth composition and construction indusry for park walk road construction}

The present invention relates to an ocher composition for construction of park trails, and more specifically, to construct a walkway that is reinforced with strength and has excellent durability by putting environmentally friendly materials into selected ocher soils.

In general, ocher is known to be beneficial to health by emitting a large amount of far-infrared rays, and various ocher bricks, ocher tiles and ocher mortar using ocher have been developed and used in the past. It has been proposed to be used mainly to form building structures, and there are no proposed ocher products that can be applied to civil engineering fields such as park construction.

In general, park trails are provided with boundary stones on both sides of landscaping and trees at a certain width. Promenades are made by exposing the natural soil to create trails or speaking to the ground surface using artificial sidewalk blocks made of cement. Most of them form walkways by installing them or laying them on the ground using concrete and asphalt concrete.

However, there is a drawback that the conventional walkway is exposed to the natural soil, the soil is washed in rainwater during rainy weather, the walkway is easily lost and maintenance occurs frequently

Promenades made of sidewalk blocks and concrete and ascon have advantages in that they are durable and easy to construct, but the materials used to construct the walkways are not natural-friendly, and they do not meet the desire to be more familiar with the nature common to park visitors. There was a fault that could not be.

The present invention is to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks to the construction of a small park walkway formed in the city center using the ocher material which is mixed in a certain proportion of the material extracted from nature such as crests and salt and masato and hardener in the loess The purpose of this is to make the loess constructed on the promenade not to split and to prevent pests such as ants on the promenade to form a more robust, human-friendly and nature-friendly small park.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention can obtain the ocher composition that can be built in the walkway of the park by kneading the straw and salt and charcoal in a certain ratio by mixing the water and the solid agent in the ocher to be described in more detail Based on the weight ratio of the selected ocher, 20 ~ 25 masato, 1.5 ~ 2 crests, 0.1 ~ 0.2 salt, 1.5 ~ 2 charcoal powder are mixed, and the solidifying agent and water are mixed in the ratio of 4: 6. By mixing the dough solution 35 ~ 40 to obtain a yellow clay composition for the construction of the walkway.

The rice straw in the above is cut to length of 3 ~ 7cm and mixed, and mixed with powdered male and salt.

In addition, in the present invention as the above-mentioned solidifying agent is prepared using the seaweed of the algae Zinariaceae, the genuari is shredded to a width of 1 cm or less and put in a container in 50 to 60 weight ratio and added in a water ratio of 50 to 40 weight ratio It can be prepared by heating until it is prepared, cooling it to produce a hardener, and adding a small amount of fragrance that emits a specific aroma to the hardener cooled to room temperature as needed.

In addition, the present invention may be formed by putting the above-mentioned ocher composition dough into a brick frame, which is a conventional manufacturing process of ocher brick, and drying it in a shade to manufacture an ocher brick for building bricks and sidewalk blocks.

When constructing the ocher composition of the present invention as described above on a walkway, a certain amount of gravel is laid on the surface of the walkway, and the above-mentioned ocher composition is cast to a certain thickness and pressed using a roller to be fired to have a uniform plane. If you cover the top with a non-woven fabric and dry it, you will be able to create a walkway in the park using loess.

The present invention as described above is to contain the salt and charcoal powder in the ocher to prevent the pests such as ants inhabiting the promenade at the time of construction on the promenade and to solidify the promenade constructed by the seaweed solidifying agent of Giannuri family It is possible to obtain the advantage of high strength, and the fragrance added as needed has the effect of absorbing porous charcoal and loess, and its scent continues to be emitted, and it is known to make ocher composition by using loess and nature friendly materials.
