However, when the concrete is oxidized by ultraviolet rays, cracks and deterioration occur in the sidewalk flat plate having water permeability, and the resin adhesive also weathers and flows out together with rainwater. It contributed to environmental pollution. Those that had cracked or deteriorated were discarded, resulting in secondary pollution. Heretofore, there has not been a sidewalk flat plate having a water-permeable soil layer that is solidified by using excavated soil as it is and without using a resin adhesive.

Next, the case of manufacturing the product of the present invention will be described. A large number of molds having a predetermined shape are prepared and arranged in advance, and excavated soil, residual soil, waste soil, or the like is sieved and sorted into soil and stone. First, a mixture of stone, a small amount of cement, and an appropriate amount of a diluted inorganic cement modifier is stirred. At this time, the stone and cement are separated and in a dry state. After stirring, the mixture is poured into a mold by a predetermined thickness, and is compacted by rolling from above to form a water-permeable porous layer (2). Next, the soil, a small amount of cement and an appropriate amount of diluted inorganic cement modifier are stirred. At this time, the soil and the cement are separated in the same manner as described above and are in a dry state. After the formation of the porous layer (2), a predetermined amount of a mixture of soil and cement in a stirred state is added from above the porous layer (2), and the mixture is compacted by rolling from above to consolidate the water. Is formed, and the soil layer (1) is fixedly integrated with the porous layer (2). It is immediately removed from the formwork, cured and finished as a product. In addition, various products can be obtained by variously changing the mold.

Next, the reason why the water-permeable soil layer (1) can be obtained in the process of manufacturing the product of the present invention will be described. The keyword of the cement modifier used in the present invention is the applicant. Has been completed through long-term research and technological development. This cement modifier will be described in detail. As cement modifiers, iron, calcium, mainly composed of calcium chloride and calcium nitrate,
Ammonia and other auxiliary compounds contain a plurality of inorganic compounds and use the resulting water-soluble one. This cement modifier adheres to soil particles and inhibits the solidification reaction between cement and soil particles. Humic acid, lignic acid, etc., is decomposed into low molecular weight compounds such as alcohols and carboxylic acids, and facilitates the direct reaction between calcium ions and SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 contained in cement and soil particles. The action of the cement is activated, and the needle-like crystallization of ettringite proceeds to lower the water content, and the cementing of the soil particles is facilitated, so that a solid having sufficient strength can be formed. Furthermore, by using this cement modifier, high stability such as strength, shrinkage and durability can be obtained with a small amount of cement.

Next, the reason why the soil and the cement are in a separated state in which the soil and the cement are agitated even when agitated, will be described why the soil layer (1) is solidified into a predetermined shape. By putting the soil and cement in the state of Pasa Pasa into the formwork and performing compaction with a special machine from above, the liquid cement modifier penetrates between the particles of the soil,
It promotes the role of bonding together with the cement paste and is solidified into a porous state, and the solidified state changes to a ceramic state.Ceramic-like crystallization at room temperature is possible by the hydration reaction of cement, so that the porous layer (2) and the earth layer (1) are formed as layers having strong stability. Further, it has been confirmed from experimental results that the initial strength of the mortar or concrete using the cement modifier is increased by almost twice as much as that of the conventional mortar or concrete.

A water-permeable soil layer (1) is formed on one surface of a water-permeable porous layer (2),
By fixing and integrating them, a sidewalk flat plate having a conventionally permeable soil layer (1) can be obtained. When this is laid on a sidewalk, a permeable soil layer (1) can be formed on the sidewalk, which makes it warm and soft, unlike conventional concrete products, and has good water permeability. It is difficult for puddles and mud to form afterwards or during rainfall, making it possible to create a sidewalk with excellent walking characteristics without getting wet on the feet, and because it has good water retention, it suppresses the temperature rise on the ground surface and reduces global warming. It can contribute to prevention. In addition, since rainwater and sprinkled water permeate into natural soil, the amount of water that directly flows into a gutter or the like can be reduced. Furthermore, the present invention can be used when constructing natural paths, promenades, jogging courses, and bicycle paths.
It can also be used for roads in parks, gardens, amusement parks, plazas and residential complexes, or for golf courses, rooftop gardens,
For rooftop tennis courts, gardening for entrances and gardens,
It can be applied to vegetation blocks, parking lots, slope protection, etc. Furthermore, since the product of the present invention makes use of the natural color of the soil as it is, unlike an artificial product, it does not impair the landscape and rests the eyes, so if it is formed in various shapes, it can be used as an interior Can also be used.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the soil layer (1) is composed of soil and a small amount of cement and a diluted inorganic cement modifier, and the porous layer (2) is stone and a small amount of cement and diluted. And the same effect as in claim 1 can be obtained by using the modified inorganic cement modifier.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can use the excavated soil as it is and can be used as an environmentally friendly sidewalk flat plate having the soil layer (1) formed on the surface. Further, since no resin adhesive as in the prior art is used, it is possible to regenerate even if cracks or deterioration occur, and it is environmentally friendly because no waste is produced.
In addition, by adding and mixing an inorganic cement modifier, a soil layer (1) that hardly causes cracks and deterioration and maintains strength is formed, is excellent in abrasion resistance, hardly generates dust, and has a small amount of cement. High stability such as shrinkage, durability, etc. can be obtained, and by reducing the amount of cement, the material can be finished with excellent stability in a state close to natural soil. For this reason, the product of the present invention is extremely economical,
A sidewalk plate with improved water permeability, water retention, weather resistance, etc. can be obtained, and furthermore, since it has a chain-like continuous crystal structure by bonding with ionic molecules, it becomes a strong porous mass. ,
It is resistant to abrasion and heat, resistant to ultraviolet rays, salt damage, smoke damage, and acid rain, has no oxidative deterioration, etc., and has various excellent performances.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, as the soil layer (1),
By using the excavated soil as it is, what was previously treated as waste soil can be used effectively and the material is unnecessary, so production costs can be minimized and extremely low-cost production is possible Becomes
