Claims (7)
- 열교환기의 측면에 밀착되며 소정두께와 면적을 가지는 전열 플레이트와,그 전열 플레이트의 일측면에 부착되며 발열이 이루어지는 발열선과,상기 발열선의 일단에 연결되며 발열선에 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원공급선을 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 제상장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전열 플레이트는 유연한 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 제상장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전열 플레이트는 금속판체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 제상장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전열 플레이트는 플라스틱 판체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 제상장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전열 플레이트는 금속판체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 제상장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 발열선은 두께가 20-30㎛의 알루미늄 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 제상장치.
- 전기적인 저항체로된 판체상의 저항판체에 소정형태로 마스킹을 하는 단계와,그 마스킹된 저항판체를 에칭하여 마스킹된 부분을 제외한 나머지부분을 제거하여 발열선을 제작하는 단계와,상기와 같이 제작된 발열선을 열교환기의 측면에 밀착되는 전열플레이트의 측면에 부착하는 단계와,상기 발열선에 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원공급선을 연결하는 단계를 순차적으로 실시하여 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 제상장치의 제조방법.
