Claims (1)
- 황토와 칠보석 및 토르마린을 분말화하여 준비하되, 전체를 동일한 비율 또는 임의의 비율로 사용하거나 임의의 재료만을 선택하여 사용하고,상기의 분말에 70%부피의 물을 혼합하여 고속으로 믹싱한 후 침전시키고 침전에 의해 떠오른 불순물을 제거하면서 상등수를 버리며,다시 70%의 물을 혼합한 후 믹싱을 하고 2%의 침전방지제를 투입후 다시 믹싱을 하며, 수중에 부상한 70%의 액을 추출하여 천연광물염액을 준비하고,원하는 색상에 따라서 치자(적색 계열) 또는 양파껍질(황색 계열)을 물 100리터에 500그램 정도의 기준으로 투입하여 80~90℃의 온도에서 1시간 숙성시킴으로써 천연식물염액을 준비하며,상기 공정에서 준비된 천연광물염액을 95℃의 온도로 준비한 후 순면으로 된 벽지용 직물을 투입하여 염색한 후 수세와 건조를 행하고,다시 상기 공정에서 준비된 천연식물염액을 80℃의 온도로 준비한 후 벽지용 직물을 투입하여 염색한 후 수세 및 건조하여 염색을 완료하며,염색을 완료한 벽지용 직물을 텐타 가공한 후 이면에 종이를 배접하여 섬유벽지의 제조를 완료하는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 천연 광물 및 식물을 이용한 기능성 섬유벽지의 제조방법.
