本发明公开了一种产生远红外及负离子的硬保健垫,由下述组分按质量份组成:珊瑚化石5~8份;电气石40~45份;蛋白石10~20份;蛇纹石15~20份;麦饭石5~10份;奇冰石10~15份;北投石2~4份;医王石2~4份;三氧化二铝2~4份;氧化锆2~4份;磷酸锆2~4份;陶土100~150份,将上述各组分进行超细粉碎至纳米级细度后与水混合成坯状,置于1000℃~1100℃下烧结6~7小时后自然降温即为成品。本发明的产生远红外及负离子的硬保健垫,经人工合成的垫片石材可永久释放远红外线及负离子,人体长时期接触会长期受益。

本发明涉及一种保健用品,尤其涉及一种产生远红外及负离子的硬保健垫。
背景技术
负离子对人的健康、长寿及生态的重大影响,已为国内外医学界专家通过临床实践所验证。当代科学揭开了生物电的奥秘,生物体的每一个细胞就是一个微电池,细胞膜内外有50-90mv的电位差,如果“细胞电池”得不到充分的电荷补充,机体的电过程就难于继续维持,因而影响到机体的正常活动,产生老化和早衰。

负离子添加剂的作用主要体现为:(1)恒久的空气负离子发生功能:空气中气体分子电离的机理,主要靠外界催离素对气体作用的结果,催离素有紫外线、放射线、光电效应等。负离子添加剂中的成分具有热电性和压电性,因此在有温度和压力变化的情况下(即使微小的变化)即能引起成分晶体之间的电势差,这静电高达100万电子伏特,从而使空气发生电离,被击中的电子附着于邻近的水和氧气分子并使它转化为空气负离子,即负氧离子。(2)较强的远红外发射功能:负离子添加剂中的成分是以含硼为特征的铝、钠、铁、锂环状结构的硅酸盐物质,类质同象发育,因其热电性和压电性,使其极性离子在平衡位置振动而引起偶极矩变化产生远红外波段的电磁辐射,若按一定比例添加到产品中(例如纤维),使其通过自身的自由离子、不纯物离子和离子性物质,杂质和二、三声子共鸣产生辐射,牵动有机与无机分子交链的离子键极性振动,形成了较强的辐射宽带,据测试负离子添加剂对远红外的发射率为90%以上。负离子添加剂的远红外性能对人体的保健及其它作用主要有以下几个方面①远红外可加速水分子运动,使普通水变成活性水,从而使水的渗透力、扩散力、溶解力、代谢力增强,并产生水保护膜。②远红外对于循环系统,可起到扩张毛细血管,增强血液循环,促进新陈代谢,增强淋巴循环的作用。③远红外对于细胞组织,可使细胞活化,使老死细胞排泄或赋予再生能力,可增强细胞能量,增强细胞的功能和活力等作用。(3)优良的抗菌杀菌功能:负离子添加剂中产生的负氧离子具有较高的活性,有很强的氧化还原作用,能破坏细菌的细胞膜或细胞原生质活性酶的活性,从而达到抗菌杀菌的目的。
负离子添加剂的用途体现为:(1)净化化空气:负离子添加剂中的负离子在空气中移动是呈现″Z″字形的。而且输送负电荷给细菌、灰尘、烟雾微粒以及水滴等,电荷与这此微粒相结合聚成球而下沉,从而达到净化空气的目的。(2)消除室内异味和各种有害气体:在室内装修过程中使用的装潢材料挥发出来的苯、甲醛、酮、氨等刺激性气体以及日常生活中剩菜剩饭酸臭味,香烟等对人本有害的异味,用含负离子添加剂的壁布、窗帘等或含负离子添加剂的涂料,其释放的空气负离子都能有效地加以消除。(3)保健作用:经负离子纤维加工的织物如衣服、床单及室内装潢用的壁纸、地毯,或含负离子添加剂的涂料等,都具有保健和环保双重功能,例如用负离子纤维制成汽车内织物,能消除汽车内异味,净化空气、调节驾驶员神经系统的兴奋和抑制状态,改善大脑皮层功能保持良好的精神状态。(4)水处理:用负离子添加剂加入过滤材料用于饮水机过滤芯,能杀死水中细菌,增加水中溶解氧,用负离子纤维制成浴室毛巾或用于浴室水处理,能加速水分子运动,使普通水变成活性水。增加能量,容易去除人体污垢,消除疲劳。经过处理的水用于高档绿色植物室内载培,能提高植物的成活率,并缩短成熟期,喷洒到花卉的叶面,能使花卉的保鲜期延长5-10倍。负离子添加剂的其他用途:具有净化空气、消除人体疲劳、促进人体健康的作用。此外,该系列产品还具有抑菌、除菌作用,并具有明显的除臭功能。该产品可用于纤维,用此织造衣物穿着在人身时,能够源源不断地向人体激发负离子,使人体保持精力充沛;另一方面又能不断地为人体消除体内所排出的各种体内垃圾,同时,具有这种功能服饰不会因为洗涤多的原因,而降低它的作用。此外,该产品还可用于室内的涂料、油漆中,也可直接放在房间中作为特种空气清洁、除臭剂使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种产生远红外及负离子的硬保健垫,本发明的产生远红外及负离子的硬保健垫,经人工合成的垫片石材可永久释放远红外线及负离子,人体长时期接触会长期受益。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种产生远红外及负离子的硬保健垫,由下述组分按质量份组成:
珊瑚化石 5~8份;
电气石 40~45份;
蛋白石 10~20份;
蛇纹石 15~20份;
麦饭石 5~10份;
奇冰石 10~15份;
北投石 2~4份;
医王石 2~4份;
三氧化二铝 2~4份;
氧化锆 2~4份;
磷酸锆 2~4份;
陶土 100~150份;
将上述各组分进行超细粉碎至纳米级细度后与水混合成坯状,置于1000℃~1100℃下烧结6~7小时后自然降温即为成品。
本发明硬保健垫的制备工艺简单,容易控制。本发明的产生远红外及负离子的硬保健垫,经人工合成的垫片石材可永久释放远红外线及负离子,人体长时期接触会长期受益。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
称取:珊瑚化石5公斤;电气石45公斤;蛋白石10公斤;蛇纹石20公斤;麦饭石5公斤;奇冰石15公斤;北投石2公斤;医王石4公斤;三氧化二铝2公斤;氧化锆4公斤;磷酸锆2公斤;陶土150公斤。
将上述各组分进行超细粉碎至纳米级细度后与水混合成坯状,置于1000℃下烧结7小时后自然降温即为成品。
本发明硬保健垫的制备工艺简单,容易控制。本发明的产生远红外及负离子的硬保健垫,经人工合成的垫片石材可永久释放远红外线及负离子,人体长时期接触会长期受益。

将上述各组分进行超细粉碎至纳米级细度后与水混合成坯状,置于1100℃下烧结6小时后自然降温即为成品。
实施例3:
称取:珊瑚化石7公斤;电气石42公斤;蛋白石15公斤;蛇纹石18公斤;麦饭石8公斤;奇冰石12公斤;北投石3公斤;医王石3公斤;三氧化二铝3公斤;氧化锆3公斤;磷酸锆3公斤;陶土125公斤。
将上述各组分进行超细粉碎至纳米级细度后与水混合成坯状,置于1050℃℃下烧结7小时后自然降温即为成品。

1.一种产生远红外及负离子的硬保健垫,其特征在于,由下述组分组成:珊瑚化石5公斤;电气石45公斤;蛋白石10公斤;蛇纹石20公斤;麦饭石5公斤;奇冰石15公斤;北投石2公斤;医王石4公斤;三氧化二铝2公斤;氧化锆4公斤;磷酸锆2公斤;陶土150公斤;将上述各组分进行超细粉碎至纳米级细度后与水混合成坯状,置于1000℃下烧结7小时后自然降温。
