Claims (14)
- 다음을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 나노여과막:- 티타늄 옥사이드 마크로다공성 지지체.- 하나 또는 여러개의 중간 분리층,- 상부 금속 산화물 나노여과 분리층.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 차단 역치는 100 내지 2000달톤, 바람직하게는 800 내지 2000달톤에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 나노여과막.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 튜브 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 나노여과막.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 평면 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 나노여과막.
- 제 1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 나노여과 분리층은 2 내지 4 g/m2, 바람직하게는 3g/m2의 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 나노여과막.
- 제 1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 상부 나노여과 분리층은 티타늄 옥사이드 인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 나노여과막.
- 제 1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 중간 분리 층은 금속 산화물의 마이크로여과층인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 나노여과막.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 마이크로여과층은 티타늄 옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 나노여과막.
- 제 1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 중간 분리 층은 그 자체가 지지체에 침착된 금속 산화물의 마이크로 여과층 위에 침착된 울트라여과층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 나노여과막.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 울트라여과층은 티타늄 옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 나노여과막.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 울트라여과층은 지르코늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 나노여과막.
- 제 9항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 마이크로여과층은 티타늄 옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 나노여과막.
- 금속 산화물의 나노여과 층은 다음 단계를 포함하는 방법을 사용하여 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 무기 나노여과막. :- 킬레이트제의 존재 하에서 그리고 알코올 매질 내의 금속에 대응되는 알콕사이드의 축합중합에 의한 졸의 형성단계,- 상기 졸을 지지체 또는 중간 분리층 위에 침착하는 단계,- 상기 졸을 젤을 형성하도록 건조하는 단계,- 얻은 젤을 소결시키는 단계.
- 금속 산화물의 나노여과 층은 다음 단계를 포함하는 방법을 사용하여 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 무기 나노여과막. :- 대응되는 금속의 가수분해 후 해교에 의한 졸의 형성단계,- 상기 졸을 지지체 또는 중간 분리층 위에 침착하는 단계,- 상기 졸을 젤을 형성하도록 건조하는 단계,- 얻은 젤을 소결시키는 단계.
