Claims (13)
- 공압 밸브 조립체(10, 110)로서,압축 공기 공급원과 유체 연통하는 압축 공기 공급용 입구 포트(30, 130)가 있는 밸브 본체(12, 112)와,상기 밸브 본체(12, 112) 내에서 축방향으로 연장하는 밸브 보어(36, 136)로서, 압축 공기의 흐름을 상기 입구 포트(30, 130)로부터 상기 밸브 보어(36, 136)를 통과해 적어도 하나의 출구 포트(32, 132)로 선택적으로 안내하기 위해 미리 정해진 위치 사이에서 이동 가능한 밸브 부재(46, 146)가 내부에 있는 것인 밸브 보어(36, 136)와,상기 밸브 부재(46, 146) 상에 배치되어 경사 밸브 밀봉면(62, 162)을 갖고 있는 적어도 하나의 밸브 요소(52, 152)와,상기 밸브 보어(36, 136) 내에 형성되어 그 밸브 보어(36, 136)에 대해 경사진 각도로 형성된 적어도 하나의 밸브 시트(82, 182)를 포함하고, 상기 밸브 시트와 상기 밸브 밀봉면은 면 시일(surface seal)을 형성하도록 협동하여, 상기 밸브 부재(46, 146)가 폐쇄 위치에 있을 경우 상기 밸브 시트가 상기 밸브 요소(52, 152)의 밸브 밀봉면(62, 162)과 면 밀봉 접촉하고, 이에 의해 압축 공기의 흐름을 차단하는 것인 공압 밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 시트(82, 182)의 경사각은 상기 밸브 부재의 중심선으로부터 수직하게 외측으로 연장하는 반경 방향 라인에 대해 측정하였을 때, 상기 경사 밸브 밀봉면(62, 162)의 상응하는 각도 측정치보다 2°내지 3°더 작은 것인 공압 밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 시트(82, 182)의 경사각은 상기 밸브 시트(82, 182)의 표면의 라인과, 상기 밸브 부재(46, 146)의 중심선으로부터 외측으로 연장하는 수직한 반경 방향 라인 사이의 각도로 측정되며, 그 경사각은 28°내지 32°사이의 범위인 것인 공압 밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체(12, 112) 내에는 상기 밸브 보어(36, 136)와 유체 연통하도록 배치된 적어도 하나의 배기 포트(38, 138)가 더 있어, 상기 밸브 요소(52, 152)는 압축 공기의 흐름을 상기 적어도 하나의 출구 포트(32, 132)로부터 상기 밸브 보어(36, 136)를 통과해 상기 적어도 하나의 배기 포트(38, 138)로 선택적으로 안내하도록 추가적으로 작동할 수 있는 것인 공압 밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 보어(36, 136)와 유체 연통하도록 상기 밸브 본체(12) 내에 배치된 복수의 출구 포트(32, 34)를 더 포함하는 것인 공압 밸브 조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 부재(46) 상에 배치되어, 압축 공기의 흐름을 상기 입구 포트(30)로부터 상기 밸브 보어(36)를 통과해 상기 복수의 출구 포트(32, 34)로 선택적으로 안내하도록 작동할 수 있는 복수의 밸브 요소(52, 54, 56, 58)를 더 포함하는 것인 공압 밸브 조립체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체(12) 내에는 상기 밸브 보어(36)와 유체 연통하도록 각각 배치된 복수의 배기 포트(38, 40)가 더 있어, 상기 밸브 요소(52, 54, 56, 58)는 압축 공기의 흐름을 상기 복수의 출구 포트(32, 34) 각각으로부터 상기 밸브 보어(36)를 통과해 상기 복수의 배기 포트 중 해당 배기 포트(38, 40)로 선택적으로 안내하도록 추가적으로 작동할 수 있는 것인 공압 밸브 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 보어(36)는 상기 밸브 본체(12)를 통과해 연장하여 한쌍의 개방단(42, 44)을 제공하며, 상기 밸브 본체(12)의 한쌍의 개방단 중 하나의 개방단(44)에는 적어도 하나의 리테이너 인서트(50, 51)가 삽입되고, 이 리테이너 인서트(50, 51)는 상기 밸브 보어(36) 내에 상기 밸브 부재(46)를 유지하도록 되어 있는 것인 공압 밸브 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 밸브 시트(82)가 상기 리테이너 인서트(51) 상에 배치되는 것인 공압 밸브 조립체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 보어(36)의 일단부(44)에서 상기 밸브 부재(46)와 상기 리테이너 인서트(50)의 사이에 배치되어, 상기 밸브 부재(46)에 한 방향으로 압박력을 제공하는 압박 부재(108)를 더 포함하는 것인 공압 밸브 조립체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 압박 부재(108)는 코일 스프링인 것인 공압 밸브 조립체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 압박 부재(108)의 압박력에 대향하는 방향으로 상기 밸브 보어(36) 내의 상기 밸브 부재(46)를 선택적으로 구동하도록 상기 밸브 본체(12)에 장착되는 전자기계식 액츄에이터 조립체(14)를 더 포함하는 것인 공압 밸브 조립체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 전자기계식 액츄에이터 조립체(14)는 솔레노이드를 포함하는 것인 공압 밸브 조립체.
