Description

표면온도를 이용한 자동차 광택 방법 {Temp&Automobile Luster}Car gloss method using surface temperature {Temp & Auto Luster}

The purpose is to form a coating that can maintain the gloss and maintain the gloss without leaving a swill mark of the polisher.

Commonly used by many auto mechanics, the automotive gloss method only focuses on car surface gloss. As a result, residues or swill marks that remained on the surface after painting were the problem.

In addition, I thought that only famous compounds imported from foreign countries such as 3M gloss and McWire gloss will change the light.

As automobiles become social phenomena to judge the status or status of owners, interest in gloss is increasing and the demand is also increasing.

However, most of the owners who do not hide their feelings of vanity because the Swillmark is clearly visible on the surface of the painting soon after working for a small cost of 20-300,000 won.

However, during the polishing work, the paint surface must be polished without polishing using polisher to remove the scratches on the painted surface and polish, so there is no way to avoid the swill mark that remains more clear after work. .

The present invention works according to the appropriate temperature change because the power of the polisher used in the polishing operation through this trial and error is proportional to the temperature of the coating surface.

Scratches on the painted surface should be done without leaving a swill mark. Polishing and coating should be done by maintaining the proper temperature of the painted surface to form a thick coating film by creating a luxurious painted surface without stains after the work.

Therefore, the purpose is to make and maintain automobile polish, coating that does not leave Swill mark after polishing and does not have residue residue and is not destroyed by acid rain.

1: Process of gloss using surface temperature

Figure 2: Efficient car surface work order for each process

The paint surface is severely changed by heat, and residues occur frequently when the paint surface temperature is low.

Therefore, when the coating surface temperature is increased, it is important to work in consideration of the characteristics of the coating surface according to the temperature change because it is easy to cause stains by mixing with the coating material of the coating surface when the coating agent or glaze is applied.

The temperature changes according to the use of polisher, and the work range is set to 20cm 2 and the coating work is 40cm 2 .

Bonnet and trunk are places where residues or swill marks are exposed after polishing, so be careful when working.

The working process is as follows.

(washing)1. Remove the foreign substance remaining in the body part by washing it with neutral detergent using petroleum or solvent. (washing)

(Masking)2. Use masking tape and covering tape to thoroughly mask accessories and plastic parts such as front and back glass, mudguard and emblem.

3. Scratches and non-blemishes that can be handled by polished work can be divided by visual inspection or fingernail inspection to ensure that unnecessary removal work is not entered.

5. Compound with a polisher.

When working with rough compound of 600 rooms, the paint surface temperature should be maintained at a high level of 60 ~ 70 degrees and stop working immediately when it is judged that the gas is removed.

After removing the work, the surface of paint should be well shined, but if you continue working without the polish, the light disappears and the swill mark remains after the work.

6. Secondary compounding is performed with 1000 ~ 4000 compounds, and the proper temperature of the coating surface is as follows.

(1) # 1,000 compounding: 40 degrees to 45 degrees

(2) # 2,000 compounding: 35 degrees to 45 degrees

(3) # 3,000 compounding: 30 degrees to 43 degrees

(4) # 4,000 compounding: 30 degrees ~ 40 degrees

Note that the compound number and the coating surface temperature are reversed. If you work for a long time at a high paint surface temperature, the paint surface will break through the clear layer, and if you work at a low temperature for a long time, a swill mark will not be generated. It is easy to work by adjusting the power of the polisher so that the painted surface maintains the proper temperature.

7. Match the # 7,000 rooms of dark glaze and white glaze to the color of the car and use the fine-grained sponge pad to maintain gloss with the surface temperature of 20 ~ 25 degrees.

8. Coating is directly related to the life of the gloss

Apply the coating material evenly to make the RPM (Revolution Per Minute: 1 minute) of Polisher at 1,200 ~ 1,700 and maintain the surface temperature of 20 ~ 25 ° C. To finish.

The two coating works have a long lasting effect because the residue is not good and the contaminants do not stick easily to the painted surface.

In principle, the workplace should be kept indoors away from direct sunlight.

As it maintains the proper temperature on the painted surface, the luxurious gloss inherent in the car survives after the work and at the same time, the Swill mark does not appear, which adds to the luxury of the car. Protects the car's surface from the car and keeps you feeling like a new car.
