Claims (2)
- 감초, 산약, 녹차, 황기, 천궁, 칡, 오약, 백출, 진피, 구기자 중 어느 하나 또는 그 이상을 건조하여 10-30메시(mesh) 체를 통과하는 분쇄물에 증류수를 첨가하여 섭씨 70-80 도 항온 수조에서 30분 내지 2 시간 추출하여 0.5 - 10 % 용액으로 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 갈변 저해제 제조방법
- 감초, 산약, 녹차, 황기, 천궁, 칡, 오약, 백출, 진피, 구기자 중 어느 하나 또는 그 이상을 건조 분쇄하여 증류수를 첨가하여 0.5 - 10 % 추출 용액으로 한것을 특징으로 하는 갈변 저해제
