Claims (13)
- 측정하고자 하는 혈액성분과 반응하는 제1 및 제2 파장의 광을 피검체에 조사하고, 상기 피검체로부터 투과되는 제1 및 제2 파장의 광을 광전변환시켜 얻어지는 PPG 신호를 분석하여 상기 혈액성분의 농도를 예측하는 분광학을 이용한 혈액성분 분석시스템에 있어서,(a) 소정의 단위시간 동안 상기 제1 및 제2 파장에 대한 PPG 신호를 수집하는 단계;(b) 상기 (a) 단계에서 수집된 PPG 신호에 포함된 n 개의 펄스데이터에 대하여 소정 회귀식의 매개변수를 산출하는 단계;(c) 상기 (b) 단계에서 산출된 n 개의 매개변수의 평균값을 산출하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 n 개의 매개변수 중 상기 평균값으로부터 소정의 표준편차를 벗어나는 매개변수가 차지하는 비율을 소정의 소거기준값과 비교하여 n개의 펄스데이터의 유효 여부를 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 이상데이터 소거방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,(e) 상기 (e) 단계에서의 비교결과, 상기 n 개의 매개변수 중 상기 평균값으로부터 소정의 표준편차를 벗어나는 매개변수가 차지하는 비율이 상기 소거기준값보다 크거나 같을 경우, 상기 n 개의 펄스데이터 중 일부를 갱신하여 상기 (b) 내지 (d) 단계를 반복수행하는 단계를 더 포함하는 이상데이터 소거방법.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 표준편차는 상기 제1 및 제2 파장에 따라서 결정되는 이상데이터 소거방법.
- 제3 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 파장이 등흡광점에 해당하는 경우 상기 표준편차는 ±3.5 % ~ ±4.5 %인 이상데이터 소거방법.
- 제3 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 파장이 적색영역 또는 적외선영역에 해당하는 경우 상기 표준편차는 ±1.5 % ~ ±2.5 %인 이상데이터 소거방법.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 n개의 펄스 데이터는 외부에서 인가한 압력에 의해 발생하는 혈류 변화에 의한 변조파 형태의 신호로부터 생성되는 이상데이터 소거방법.
- 측정하고자 하는 혈액성분과 반응하는 제1 및 제2 파장의 광을 피검체에 조사하고, 상기 피검체로부터 투과되는 제1 및 제2 파장의 광을 광전변환시켜 얻어지는 PPG 신호를 분석하여 상기 혈액성분의 농도를 예측하는 분광학을 이용한 혈액성분 분석시스템에 있어서,소정의 단위시간 동안 수집된 상기 제1 및 제2 파장에 대한 PPG 신호에 포함된 n 개의 펄스데이터에 대하여 소정 회귀식의 매개변수를 산출하는 제1 프로그램;상기 제1 프로그램에 의해 산출된 n 개의 매개변수의 평균값을 산출하고, 산출된 상기 n 개의 매개변수 중 상기 평균값으로부터 소정의 표준편차를 벗어나는 매개변수가 차지하는 비율을 소정의 소거기준값과 비교하여 n개의 펄스데이터의 유효 여부를 판단하는 제2 프로그램; 및상기 n 개의 매개변수 중 상기 평균값으로부터 소정의 표준편차를 벗어나는 매개변수가 차지하는 비율이 상기 소거기준값보다 크거나 같을 경우, 상기 n 개의 펄스데이터 중 일부를 갱신하여 상기 제1 및 제2 프로그램을 반복실행시키는 제3 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체.
- 각각 측정하고자 하는 혈액성분과 특정하게 반응하는 파장의 광을 방출하는 적어도 두개 이상의 광원을 구비하며, 소정의 타이밍에 따라서 피검체에 특정 파장을 갖는 광을 조사하는 발광부;상기 피검체로부터 방출되는 광을 수광하고, 수광된 광을 전기적 신호로 변환시키는 수광부; 및상기 수광부로부터 제공되는 신호로부터 특정 혈액성분과 반응한 각 파장에 대한 PPG 신호를 추출하고, 소정의 단위시간 동안 수집된 각 파장에 대한 PPG 신호에 포함된 n개의 펄스데이터에 대하여 소정 회귀식의 매개변수의 평균값을 산출하고, 상기 n개의 매개변수 중 상기 평균값으로부터 소정의 표준편차를 벗어나는 매개변수가 차지하는 비율을 소정의 소거기준값과 비교하여 n개의 펄스데이터의 유효 여부를 판단하는 신호처리부를 포함하는 분광학을 이용한 혈액성분 분석시스템.
- 제8 항에 있어서, 상기 신호처리부는 상기 n개의 펄스데이터를 저장하는 FIFO 구조의 데이터버퍼를 구비하며, 상기 n개의 펄스데이터를 소거데이터로 판단한 경우, n개의 데이터를 일정 단위로 분할하여 먼저 입력된 데이터를 갱신하여 재차 이상데이터 소거여부를 판단하는 분광학을 이용한 혈액성분 분석시스템.
- 제8 항 또는 제9 항에 있어서, 상기 표준편차는 상기 제1 및 제2 파장에 따라서 결정되는 분광학을 이용한 혈액성분 분석시스템.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 파장이 등흡광점에 해당하는 경우 상기 표준편차는 ±3.5 % ~ ±4.5 %인 분광학을 이용한 혈액성분 분석시스템.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 파장이 적색영역 또는 적외선영역에 해당하는 경우 상기 표준편차는 ±1.5 % ~ ±2.5 %인 분광학을 이용한 혈액성분 분석시스템.
- 제8 항 또는 제9 항에 있어서, 상기 n개의 펄스 데이터는 외부에서 인가한 압력에 의해 발생하는 혈류 변화에 의한 변조파 형태의 신호로부터 생성되는 분광학을 이용한 혈액성분 분석시스템.
