본 발명은 대규모 생산설비를 지닌 제지관련 산업분야의 대기업 군에서 생산된 종이가 인쇄공정에서 인쇄 시 지면의 지분 및 미 물질로 인쇄품질의 주 저하 원인 이 되어왔으나 특별한 관심과 대책이 없는 실정이었다. 그러나 산업의 발달로 인쇄 품질의 개선요구가 수요처로부터 대두되기 시작하였으며, 제지업계에서 또한 이에 부응하기위한 대책수립을 강구하는 실정이다.In the present invention, paper produced in a large group of companies in the paper-related industry with a large production facility has been a major cause of deterioration in print quality due to the share of the paper and US materials when printing in the printing process, but there is no particular interest and measures. 도2에서와 같이 1차, 2차 두번의 지분제거과정을 동시에 진행한다. 첫째로 입자가 큰 지분을 1차 브러쉬(1)로 쓸어내린다. 이온(INON)을 생성하는 제전극을 내장한 1차 이오니져(2)가 공기이온을 사용하여 정전기를 띤 종이표면의 전하를 중화, 제거하게 되며, 이때 종이표면에 정전기로 흡착된 지분은 1차 이오니져(2) 에서 동시에 분사되는 공기의 압력에 의하여 쉽게 종이표면에서 이탈되어진다. 종이표면에서 이탈되어진 지분과 미 물질은 에어노즐로 구성된 1차 에어나이프(3) 에서 분사되는 0.4~0.8 bar의 압축공기에 의해 종이표면으로부터 쓸려져 내려 케이싱(4)내에 머무르다 동시에 작동되는 고압의 흡입력을 지닌 집진기로 흡입되어 플렉시블 배관(5)을 통하여 외부로 배출된다. 1차 과정으로 제거되지 않은 지분과 미 물질은 2차 이오니져(6)를 거쳐 종이표면에서 이탈되어 2차 에어나이프(7)로 쓸려 내리며 케이싱(4)에 머무르다 플렉시블관(5)을 통하여 다시외부로 배출되며 2차 브러쉬(8)는 지분을 쓸어내리는 기능외에도 케이싱(4)내에 고압의 흡입력이 작용될 때 외부로부터 미물질의 진입을 막아주는 기능 또한 지니고 있다.As shown in Fig. 2, the first and second stake removal processes are simultaneously performed.
