Claims (2)
- 슬리브(2)의 내경각도와 동일한 각도의 경사면을 갖고 쌍을 이루어 대향 설치되며, 수직 평면상에는 다수의 측정면(5,6,7,8,9,10)들이 형성되고, 그 상단 일측에는 구멍(11)이 형성되며, 상기 슬리브(2)의 상단 주연을 따라 이동가능하게 배설된 테이퍼게이지(15)와;상기 테이퍼게이지(15)의 구멍(11)을 관통하여 끼워지고 슬리브(2)에 지지되는 지지봉(12)과;상기 한쌍의 테이퍼게이지(15)를 연결하면서 이를 따라 이동가능하게 설치되는 중심가이드(18)와;상기 중심가이드(18)상에 고정되고 테이퍼게이지(15)의 간격에 따라 그 인출입길이를 측정할 수 있도록 상기 테이퍼게이지(15)중 어느 하나에 고정되는 로드(21)를 갖는 디지털 마이크로메터(16)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연기용 슬리브의 테이퍼 및 가공깊이 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중심가이드(18)는 이를 테이퍼게이지(15) 상에서 움직일 때와 지지봉(12)을 테이퍼게이지(15)의 구멍에 통과시킬 때 모든 유격이 5/1000이하로 유지되도록 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연기용 슬리브의 테이퍼 및 가공깊이 측정장치.
