Claims (1)
- C 0.02~0.12중량%, Si 0.1~0.3중량%, Al 0.01~0.04중량% 및 T.Ca 10~40ppm을 함유하는 파이프 제조용 강재를 정련함에 있어서,전로(1)에서 출강된 용강(2)을 티밍 레이들(3)로 출강하면서 출강류(4)에 가탄제, 페로 실리콘 및 알루미늄을 첨가하는 단계;상기 용강(2)을 담은 티밍 레이들(3)을 Ca-Si 와이어(6) 투입 및 Ar 저취 교반이 가능한 정련장치로 이송하고 저취 노즐(5)을 통해 아르곤(Ar)을 분당 0~0.2Nm3로 제어하면서 외경이 9~15mm이고 내부에 Ca-Si을 내장한 와이어(6)를 분당 180~250m 속도로 첨가하는 단계; 및상기 Ca-Si 와이어 첨가가 종료된 후 저취 노즐(5)을 통해 Ar을 분당 0.2~1.0Nm3유속으로 3~10분 동안 교반하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼슘 함유 파이프 제조용 강재 정련방법
