Claims (4)
- 연속아연도금 공정에서 강판 스트립의 세정을 위한 브러쉬 스크러빙 장치에 있어서,물이 분사되는 스프레이 노즐, 강판 표면을 세정하는 수세 브러쉬롤, 및 강판의 물기를 제거하는 링거롤을 포함하고, 상기 스프레이 노즐을 통해 분사되는 물과 함께 상기 수세 브러쉬롤이 회전하여 강판의 표면을 문질러 세정하는 수세 브러쉬 장치부;물이 분사되는 스프레이 노즐, 강판 표면을 연마하여 강판 표면의 산화층을 제거하는 연마 브러쉬롤, 및 강판의 물기를 제거하는 링거롤을 포함하고, 상기 스프레이 노즐을 통해 분사되는 물과 함께 상기 연마 브러쉬롤이 회전하여 강판의 표면을 연마하여 산화층을 제거하는 연마 브러쉬 장치부; 및상기 수세 브러쉬 장치부 및 연마 브러쉬 장치부에서 분사된 물을 수거하여 재공급하는 용액 순환부;를 포함하는 연속 아연도금 공정에 사용되는 브러쉬 스크러빙 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수세 브러쉬 장치부의 수세 브러쉬롤 및 상기 연마 브러쉬 장치부의 연마 브러쉬롤은 상하 한쌍씩 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 연속 아연 도금 공정에 사용되는 브러쉬 스크러빙 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연마 브러쉬 장치부의 연마 브러쉬롤은, 연마 중 강판에 브러쉬가 눌어 붙는 것을 방지하기 위하여 브러쉬롤 내부로 물을 통과시키는 내부 관통부 및 롤 외부로 물을 분사할 수 있도록 브러쉬롤 표면에 형성된 다수개의 관통공을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 아연 도금 공정에 사용되는 브러쉬 스크러빙 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 용액 순환부는 연마된 철분을 제거하기 위한 마그네틱 분리기, 브러쉬의 마모분을 걸러주는 스크린 필터, 및 열교환기를 포함하고, 상기 수세 브러쉬 장치부 및 연마 브러쉬 장치부에서 분사된 물을 수거하여 상기 마그네틱 분리기, 스크린 필터, 열교환기를 거쳐 상기 스프레이 노즐들에 재공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 아연도금 공정에 사용되는 브러쉬 스크러빙 장치.
