Claims (7)
- 액티브 영역 및 비표시 영역을 가지며 상기 액티브 영역에 박막 트랜지스터를 포함한 어레이소자가 형성된 하부기판과;컬러필터가 형성된 상부기판과;상기 상부기판 하부에 위치하며, 상기 액티브 영역에 대응하는 부분에 형성된 수지BM과;상기 상,하부 기판중 어느 하나의 기판의 가장자리를 따라 형성되며, 상기 상부 및 하부기판을 접착시키는 블랙 씰 패턴과상기 상부기판 하부에 위치하며, 상기 액티브 영역과 상기 블랙 씰 패턴 사이에 상기 블랙 씰 패턴과 접촉하도록 형성된 수지BM과;상기 상부기판의 가장자리를 따라 형성되어 상기 블랙 씰 패턴과 접촉하며 상기 블랙 씰 패턴의 외곽측면의 일부를 덮는 수지 외곽패턴을 포함하는 액정 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 블랙 씰 패턴의 OD(Optical Density)값은 2.0이상인 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하부기판에는 화소전극이 형성되고, 상기 상부기판에는 공통전극이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하부기판에 화소전극과 공통전극이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 블랙 씰 패턴의 폭은 0.5mm 내지 2.0mm인 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 블랙 씰 패턴은 상부기판에 형성한 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 블랙 씰 패턴은 하부기판에 형성한 액정표시장치.
