Abstract

PURPOSE: A pasting material for inner and outer walls of building using ceramic sand and its preparation method are provided, to improve durability and to prevent discoloration for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The pasting material comprises colored ceramic sand; an acryl emulsion resin; and a fluorinated polymer compound. The method comprises the steps of sintering a mixture comprising natural silica or clay, an inorganic pigment for ceramic ware and water glass at a temperature of about 800 deg.C and pulverizing the sintered one to prepare a colored ceramic sane; and mixing the colored ceramic sane with an acryl emulsion resin and a fluorinated polymer compound. The acryl emulsion resin is a methyl methacrylate-ethyl acrylate-acrylonitrile copolymer; and the fluorinated polymer compound comprises silanol and anionic and nonionic groups.
