Claims (11)
- 초전도선으로 구성되는 제 1 도체층과, 제 1 도체층의 바깥 측에 형성되는 절연층을 구비하는 초전도 케이블에 있어서,상기 제 1 도체층은 금속 기판 상에 Re계 초전도층을 성막한 초전도선을 복수개 집합한 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 절연층의 바깥 측에 제 2 도체층을 구비하며, 이 제 2 도체층은 금속 기판 상에 Re계 초전도층을 성막한 초전도선을 복수개 집합한 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 제 1 도체층은 케이블 도체층이고, 제 2 도체층은 케이블 쉴드층인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 초전도선은 금속 기판과 Re계 초전도층 사이에 중간층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블.
- 초전도 케이블을 사용한 초전도 케이블 선로에 있어서,상기 초전도 케이블은 기부와, 기부의 정격 전류보다도 큰 전류가 흐른 경우에 전류를 감쇠시키는 한류부를 가지고, 이 한류부가 제 1 항에 기재된 초전도 케이블로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블 선로.
- 초전도 케이블을 사용한 초전도 케이블 선로에 있어서,상기 초전도 케이블은 기부와, 기부의 정격 전류보다도 큰 전류가 흐른 경우에 전류를 감쇠시키는 한류부를 가지고, 이 한류부가 제 2 항에 기재된 초전도 케이블로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블 선로.
- 초전도 케이블을 사용한 초전도 케이블 선로에 있어서,상기 초전도 케이블은 기부와, 기부의 정격 전류보다도 큰 전류가 흐른 경우에 전류를 감쇠시키는 한류부를 가지고, 이 한류부가 제 3 항에 기재된 초전도 케이블로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블 선로.
- 초전도 케이블을 사용한 초전도 케이블 선로에 있어서,상기 초전도 케이블은 기부와, 기부의 정격 전류보다도 큰 전류가 흐른 경우에 전류를 감쇠시키는 한류부를 가지고, 이 한류부가 제 4 항에 기재된 초전도 케이블로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블 선로.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 한류부를 기부의 단말 또는 중간 접속부에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블 선로.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 기부의 초전도선이 Re계 초전도체와는 다른 초전도체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 케이블 선로.
- 포머의 바깥 측에 금속 기판 상에 Re계 초전도층을 성막한 초전도선을 복수개 집합한 제 1 도체층을 설치하고, 그 바깥 측에 절연층을 설치하며, 그 바깥 측에 금속 기판 상에 Re계 초전도층을 성막한 초전도선을 복수개 집합한 제 2 도체층을 설치하여, 그 바깥 측에 보호층을 설치한 케이블 코어를 단열관 내에 수납한 초전도 케이블.
