Claims (5)
- 입력 전압을 출력 전압으로 변환하고 출력하는 출력 트랜지스터;상기 출력 전압의 값이 일정해지도록 상기 출력 트랜지스터를 제어하는 제어 회로;상기 출력 트랜지스터의 출력 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출 회로;상기 출력 트랜지스터의 입출력 사이의 전압을 검출하는 전압 검출 회로;상기 전류 검출 회로의 출력과 상기 전압 검출 회로의 출력을 승산하는 승산 회로; 및상기 승산 회로의 출력에 따라 상기 출력 트랜지스터의 와트수를 제한하는 보호 회로로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 안정화 전원 장치.
- 제l항에 있어서,적어도 상기 제어 회로가 반도체 집적 회로에 탑재되고, 상기 출력 트랜지스터가 상기 반도체 집적 회로에 대하여 외부 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 안정화 전원 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전류 검출 회로는 상기 출력 트랜지스터의 출력 전류가 흐르는 전류 검출용 저항과, 상기 전류 검출용 저항의 양단 전압을 검출하는 연산 증폭기로 이루어지고,적어도 상기 제어 회로가 반도체 집적 회로에 탑재되고, 상기 전류 검출용 저항이 상기 반도체 집적 회로에 대하여 외부 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 안정화 전원 장치.
- 제l항에 있어서,상기 보호 회로는 저항을 갖고, 상기 출력 트랜지스터의 와트수의 제한치가 상기 저항의 저항치에 의해 설정되고,적어도 상기 제어 회로가 반도체 집적 회로에 탑재되고, 상기 저항이 상기 반도체 집적 회로에 대하여 외부 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 안정화 전원 장치.
- 제l항에 있어서,상기 전류 검출 회로는 상기 출력 트랜지스터의 출력 전류가 흐르는 전류 검출용 저항과, 상기 전류 검출용 저항의 양단 전압을 검출하는 연산 증폭기로 이루어지고,상기 보호 회로는 저항을 갖고 상기 출력 트랜지스터의 와트수의 제한치가 상기 저항의 저항치에 의해 설정되고,적어도 상기 제어 회로가 반도체 집적 회로에 탑재되고, 상기 출력 트랜지스터, 상기 전류 검출용 저항 및 상기 저항이 상기 반도체 집적 회로에 대하여 외부접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 안정화 전원 장치.
