Claims (5)
- 올레핀계 열가소성 수지중에, 부틸고무의 함유비율을 30비중%이상으로 한 고무성분이 동적가교에 의해 미분산되고, 쇼어A경도가 70이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물을 이용하여 성형되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린터용 잉크튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물을 수지압출법에 의해 튜브형태로 압출하여 성형되어 이루어지는 잉크젯 프린터용 잉크튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀계 열가소성 수지와 상기 고무성분의 중량비는 (상기 올레핀계 열가소성 수지 : 상기 고무성분) = (4 : 1) ~ (1 : 4)인 잉크젯 프린터용 잉크튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수증기 투과성이 1.0[g·mm/m2·day(37.8℃, 90%RH)]이하이고, 공기투과성이 100[g·mm/m2·day·atm(23℃)]이하인 잉크젯 프린터용 잉크튜브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무성분으로 부틸고무 단독, 혹은 부틸고무와 EPDM의 혼합물을 이용하고, 상기 올레핀계 열가소성 수지로 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌에서선택되는 1종 이상의 수지를 이용하고 있는 잉크젯 프린터용 잉크튜브.
