(1)발명이 속한 기술분야
컵 형태의 용기본체에 적용되는 저장공간이 있는 뚜껑의 구조
(2)발명의 목적
종래의 선행으로는 본 발명인의 것으로서, 10-2003-0084256호가 있으며, 본 발명은 이를 컵형태의 용기에 기술적으로 개량 적용하고자 한다.
(3)발명의 구성
용기는 내용물을 담는 컵형태의 용기본체와 그 용기본체의 상부로는 구부를 갖고 있는 별도의 뚜껑이 결합되어 있으며,
상기한 뚜껑의 구부에는, 작동마개의 관부가 하향되는 과정에 저장공간에 든 내용물이 컵형태의 용기내부로 낙하 혼합되도록 구성된 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
이상과 같이 본 발명은 용기본체가 컵 형태로 되어 있기 때문에 작동마개의 변형을 다양하게 할 수 있으며, 또한 작동마개의 보조덮개를 개방하는 과정에 저장공간에 든 내용물이 하향되는 등 매우 편리한 장점이 있는 것이다.

컵 형태의 용기본체에 적용되는 저장공간이 있는 뚜껑의 구조{omitted}
본 발명은 컵 형태의 용기본체에 적용되는 저장공간이 있는 뚜껑의 구조에 관한 것이고, 선행으로는 본 발명인의 것으로서, 10-2003-0084256호가 있다.
상기선행 10-2003-0084256호는 일반적인 용기에 사용되는 것이고, 본 발명은이를 컵 형태의 용기에 고도의 기술적으로 적용하고자 한 것이다.
도 1 은 본 발명의 구조 및 방법으로 적용된 조립도.

이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
일예, 주로 액상의 내용물을 담는 데에 유용한 용기(1)는 주된 내용물을 담는 컵 형태의 용기본체(100)와 그 용기본체(100)에 별도의 내용물을 필요에 따라 혼합시킬수 있는 작동마개(210)가 있는 뚜껑(200)을 각양의 방법으로 결합시킨 것이다.
그리고 작동마개(210)는, 저장공간(212)이 있는 관부(211)와 그 관부(211)를 덮개구부(214)를 줌심으로 수용하고 있는 덮개(213)가 형성되고, 상기한 덮개구부(214)를 중심으로 수용된 관부(211)의 상단부를 보조덮개(215)로서 밀폐시킨 것이다.
또한 상기한 뚜껑(200)의 상방 일부에는 작동마개(210)를 수용하는 구부(201)를 형성하되, 상기한 구부(201)의 임의 내부 일정 깊이에는 상기한 작동마개(210)의 관부(211) 하단이 밀폐될 수 있는 절취선(203)이 있는 절취막(202)를 형성한다.
그리고 상기한 관부(211)의 하단은 절취막(202)을 파괴하도록 비교적 날카롭게 형성되고, 또한 관부(211)가 수직으로 하향도도록 키(K) 또는 키홈이 형성되는 것이며, 또는 관부(211)의 상단 내벽부에는 보조덮개(215)의 내마개(216)가 회전하는 과정에 관부(211)를 하향시킬 수 있도록 나사산이나 나사홈 등이 형성되는 것이다.
또한 구부(201)의 하단에 형성된 절취막(202)과 절취선(203) 대신 알루미늄등의 박판을 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 과 같은 상태가 바람직한 일 상태이며, 상기한 상태에서 보조덮개(215)를 회전시키게 되면 관부(211)가 하향되고, 상기한 과정에 관부(211)의 하단에 의해 절취선(203)이 파괴되면서 절취막(202)이 열리고, 동시 저장공간(212)에 든 내용물이 용기(1) 내부로 낙하 혼합되게 되는 것이다.
그리고 보조덮개(215)를 개방하는 과정에 내마개(216)에 의해 관부(211)는 일정 하강하고, 이어 보조덮개(215)는 덮개구부(214)와 관부(211)로 부터 분리되는 것이다 .
이상과 같이 본 발명은 용기본체가 컵 형태로 되어 있기 때문에 작동마개의 변형을 다양하게 할 수 있으며, 또한 작동마개를 개방하는 과정에 저장공간에 든 내용물이 낙하되는 바, 그 사용이 매우편리한 장점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 용기는 내용물을 담게 된 컵형태의 용기본체와, 상기한 용기본체의 상부로 작동마개가 있는 뚜껑을 결합시키고,
    상기한 뚜껑의 임의 상 방향에 구부를 두고, 그 구부의 내부 일정 부위에는 밀폐부(밀폐막)를 두며,
    상기 밀폐부가(밀폐막) 있는 구부를 중심으로는 작동마개를 결합하되, 그 작동마개는 상기 구부에 결합되는 덮개구부가 있는 덮개와, 상기 덮개구부를 중심으로는 저장공간이 있는 관부가 결합되며,
    상기한 관부의 상단과 덮개구부는 보조덮개에 의해 밀폐되며,
    상기한 덮개구부를 상향시키는 과정에 관부가 하향되고, 동과정에 밀폐부(밀폐막)를 파괴할수 있도록 관부하단이 형성되며,
    상기한 보조덮개를 개방하는 과정에 관부가 하향되도록 관부의 내벽부 상단에 보조덮개의 내마개가 나사산이나 나사홈방식으로 구성된 것을 특징으로한 컵 형태의 용기본체에 적용되는 저장공간이 있는 뚜껑의 구조.
  2. 용기는 내용물을 담게 된 컵형태의 용기본체와, 상기한 용기본체의 상부로 작동마개가 있는 뚜껑을 결합시키고,
    상기한 뚜껑의 임의 상 방향에 내부 일정 깊이에 밀폐부(밀폐막)을 갖고 있는 구부를 두고, 그 구부를 중심으로는 저장공간을 갖고 있는 관부를 덮개의 덮개구부에 결합시키며, 상기한 관부와 덮개구부에는 관부를 일정 하향시키는 내마개가 있는 밀폐용 보조덮개를 조립하여된 작동마개를 조립하되,
    상기한 구부에 작동마개가 조립되면 저장공간이 있는 관부가 밀페되어 그 기밀성이 유지되고, 상기 보조덮개가 개방되고 관부가 하향되면 관부의 하단에 의해 밀폐부(밀폐막)가 열리면서 저장공간의 내용물이 낙하되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로한 컵 형태의 용기본체에 적용되는 저장공간이 있는 뚜껑의 구조.
