Claims (4)
- 물체가 물체의 절대온도에 비례해서 방사하고 있는 열잡음을 집속하기 위한 렌즈(10)와;참조신호를 생성하기 위해 신호를 차단하는 쵸퍼(20)와;물체로부터 방사된 열잡음 중 35 GHz 대역의 밀리미터파 신호를 수신하기 위한 혼 안테나(30)와;상기 혼 안테나(30)에서 수신된 밀리미터파 신호를 증폭하는 증폭기(40)와;증폭된 밀리미터파 수신신호를 직류로 전환하는 검파기(50)와;검파된 신호의 저주파 성분을 필터링하여 직류전압으로 출력하는 로긴앰프(60)와;입력된 직류신호를 영상으로 처리하는 영상처리부 컴퓨터(70)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수동 밀리미터파 영상 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈(10)는 (a)가 90mm, (b)가 70mm, (c)가 20mm로 수평넓이(w)가 180mm이고 수직높이(h)가 500mm, 초점거리가 500mm, 굴절률이 1.53인 폴리에틸렌으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동 밀리미터파 영상 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혼 안테나(30)가 (x1)가 54.2mm, (x2)가 27.2mm, (x3)가 9.0mm, 외직경(d1)이 13.0mm, 내직경(d2)가 9.7mm의 구리로 구성되어 밀리미터파를 집속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동 밀리미터파 영상 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 초퍼(20)가 30Hz 간격으로 회전하여 참조 신호를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동 밀리미터파 영상 시스템.
