Abstract
Description
Claims (23)
- 고정자 권선을 수용하기 위하여 서로 등간격으로 내주면 또는 외주면에 홈이 준비된 고정자를 지닌 (링) 발전기를 구비하되, 권선이 전체를 통해 연속적으로 중단없이 감겨진 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전체적으로 지속적으로 감겨진 최소한 2상 이상의, 바람직하게 6상 권선을 구비한 고정자(10)임을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 설비.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 위상의 각각의 권선은 홈 내에 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 설비.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 서로 다른 위상의 홈 권선은 인접하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 설비.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 위상의 권선은 최소한 한개의 도체 다발을 포함하고, 바람직하게는 두개의 도체 다발을 포함하고, 도체 다발은 서로 절연된 복수 개의 도체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 설비.
- 제5항에 있어서, 최소한 두개의 도체 다발이 서로 홈에서 중첩되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 설비.
- 제6항에 있어서, 복수 개의 도체 다발이 홈에 배열되고 상부 도체 다발과 하부 도체 다발의 위치는 선정된 순서에 따라 맞바뀌는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 설비.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 동상(same phase)에 해당하여 두개의 권선(turn)이 각각의 홈에 삽입됨을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 설비.
- 고정자가 고정 위치에 놓이도록 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 고정자를 마운팅하기 위한 장치로서, 동기 기계(synchronous machine)의 고정자를 제작하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 주변 방향으로 마운팅 장비에 고정자를 회전시키기 위한 최소한 한개의 구동기를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 드럼을 권선 와이어로 지지하고, 상기 마운팅 장치(14)로부터 분리되어 있는 운반 장치를 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 복수 개의 드럼을 쌍으로 구성하고 드럼의 쌍이 회전 원주상에 등간격으로 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 운반 장치는 고정자의 각 양쪽에 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다수의 드럼 쌍을 구비하고 상기 드럼 쌍의 수는 고정자 위에 감긴 위상의 수와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 운반 장치 각각은 드럼의 각 절반을 부담하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 드럼을 수용하기 위하여 운반 장치의 중앙으로부터 바깥으로 뻗는 운반 암과 수직으로 배열된 운반 플레이트에 의해 특징되는 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 운반 플레이트를 위해 회전 가능한 마운팅에 의해 특징되는 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 주변 방향으로 운반 플레이트를 회전시키기 위한 구동기에의해 특징되는 장치.
- 제16항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 드럼은 운반 암(34)의 수평 전개부에 마운트되고 수평 전개부는 세로 방향의 축을 중심으로 회전 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 고정자 권선을 수용하기 위하여 외주면 또는 내주면에 서로 등간격으로 홈이 형성되어 있고, 상기 고정자 권선은 홈 속에 전체적으로 연속적으로 감겨져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 로터와 고정자를 포함하는 동기식 기계.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 고정자 권선은 최소한 2상이며, 바람직하게는 6상이고, 서로 다른 위상의 권선은 인접 홈에 배열되어 있으며, 각각의 권선은 복수 개의 도체를 가지고 있는 최소한 하나의 도체를 구비하고, 바람직하게는 각각의 권선은 두개의 도체 다발을 구비하여, 고정자 주변 위에 홈 내부에 서로 위치 바꿈을 할 수 있도록 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 동기식 기계.
- 제1항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 동기식 기계.
- 고정자는 풍력 발전 설비의 기계 운반자에 견고하게 부착되고 동기식 기계의 로터는 상기 풍력 발전 설비의 로터에 커플됨을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 설비를위한 링 발전기.
