Claims (8)
- A. 200 ppm 미만의 금속을 함유하는 퍼플루오로엘라스토머 공중합체를 1종 이상의 경화제와 혼합하여 퍼플루오로엘라스토머 및 경화제를 주성분으로 하는 경화성 조성물을 형성하고, 상기 퍼플루오로엘라스토머는 (1) 테트라플루오로에틸렌, (2) 퍼플루오로(알킬 비닐) 에테르, 퍼플루오로(알콕시 비닐) 에테르 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 퍼플루오로비닐 에테르 및 (3) 니트릴 함유 플루오르화 올레핀 및 니트릴 함유 플루오르화 비닐 에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 경화 부위 단량체의 공중합 단위를 포함하며, 상기 경화제는 디아미노비스페놀 AF, 유기 퍼옥시드, 및 40℃ 내지 330℃의 온도에서 분해하여 암모니아를 생성하는 유기 또는 무기산의 암모늄염 이외의 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 단계,B. 상기 경화성 조성물을 성형하여 퍼플루오로엘라스토머 물품을 형성하는 단계,C. 상기 퍼플루오로엘라스토머 물품을 적어도 부분적으로 경화시키기에 충분한 온도로 상기 퍼플루오로엘라스토머 물품을 가열하는 단계, 및D. 적어도 부분적으로 경화된 퍼플루오로엘라스토머 물품을 반투명 또는 투명하게 만들고 그의 색을 연하게(lightening) 하기 위해 공기중 150℃ 내지 350℃의 온도에서 상기 물품을 가열하는 단계를 포함하는, 금속 함량이 200 ppm 미만인 경화된 반투명 또는 투명 퍼플루오로엘라스토머 물품의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 A에 사용되는 상기 퍼플루오로엘라스토머가i) 일정 부피의 퍼플루오로엘라스토머 중합체 에멀젼을 2부피 이상의 에멀젼과 동등한 제1 양의 탈이온수로 희석하여 묽은 중합체 용액을 형성하는 단계,ii) 상기 묽은 중합체 용액에 응결제를 첨가하여 상기 중합체를 응결시키는 단계,iii) 응결된 중합체를 용액으로부터 분리하는 단계, 및iv) 상기 응결된 중합체를 제2 양의 탈이온수로 세척하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 단리된 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에멀젼을 에멀젼 1부피 당 탈이온수 4부피 이상으로 희석시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 응결제가 황산마그네슘인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 응결 및 세척 단계를 35℃ 내지 65℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 응결된 중합체를 용액으로부터 분리하는 단계를 여과및 원심분리로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 수단에 의해 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탈이온수의 제2 양이 적어도 상기 탈이온수의 제1 양 만큼 많은 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 A에 사용되는 상기 경화제가 디아미노비스페놀 AF인 방법.
