Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for obtaining traditional and apiarian honey containing ginseng to help people intake both ginseng and honey known as healthy food more conveniently. CONSTITUTION: The ginseng containing honey is obtained by feeding water that contains a ginseng extract to bees and gathering honey from the bees according to a traditional method. The ginseng extract is obtained by adding water to ginseng. Here, the volume of water being added is 5-40 times larger than the volume of the ginseng. Then, the mixture of water and ginseng is boiled for 2-24 hours. At user's preference, sugar is optionally added to the mixture of water and ginseng. In consideration of expense, the skin of ginseng is used as well.
