- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 나노입자들은 면적으로 상기 베이스 물질의 약 3 내지 약 20%를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 나노입자들은 베이스 물질을 포함하는 개개의 섬유들 및/또는 충전재를 적어도 부분적으로 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 변형 입자들은 실리카 입자들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 마찰 변형 입자들은 실리카 입자들과 적어도 하나의 다른 형태의 나노입자 크기의 마찰 변형 입자들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 변형 입자들은 규조류 토류를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 변형 입자들은 탄소 입자들과 실리카 입자들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 나노입자들은 불규칙한 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 입자들은 약 10㎚ 내지 약 150㎚의 범위에 있는 지름 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 변형 나노입자들은 금속 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 변형 나노입자들은 질화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 변형 나노입자들은 탄화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 물질은 섬유 베이스 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 물질은 비직조 섬유 물질인 마찰 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 물질은 직조 섬유 물질인 마찰 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 물질은 약 15 내지 25%의 면, 약 40 내지 약 50%의 아라미드 섬유, 약 10 내지 약 20%의 탄소 섬유, 약 5 내지 약 15%의 탄소 입자들, 및 약 5 내지 약 15%의 셀라이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 물질의 상부층은 상기 베이스 물질에 있는 섬유들 및/또는 충전재들 상에 침전된 나노입자 크기의 마찰 변형 입자들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 물질은 약 5 내지 약 7㎛의 평균 세공 지름을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 물질은 중량으로 약 10 내지 50%의 덜 원섬유로 된 아라미드 섬유; 약 10 내지 약 35%의 활성화된 탄소 입자; 약 5 내지 20%의 면섬유; 약 2 내지 약 15%의 탄소 섬유들; 및 약 10 내지 35%의 충전재 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수지는 적어도 하나의 페놀 수지, 적어도 하나의 변형 페놀 수지, 적어도 하나의 실리콘 수지, 적어도 하나의 실리콘 변형 수지, 적어도 하나의 에폭시 수지, 적어도 하나의 에폭시 변형 수지, 및 그 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 수지는 적어도 하나의 페놀 수지와 적어도 하나의 실리콘 수지의 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 수지 혼합물에서의 실리콘 수지의 양은 수지혼합물의 중량에 근거하여 중량으로 대략 5 내지 80%의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 페놀 수지는 용매 물질에 존재하고, 실리콘 수지는 페놀 수지의 용매 물질과 양립할 수 있는 용매 물질에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘-페놀 수지 혼합물에서 존재하는 실리콘 수지의 양은 상기 혼합물의 중량에 근거하여 중량으로 약 20 내지 약 25%의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘-페놀 수지 혼합물에서 존재하는 실리콘 수지의 양은 상기 혼합물의 중량에 근거하여 중량으로 약 15 내지 약 25%의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 변형 페놀 수지는 적어도 하나의 에폭시 페놀 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 에폭시 페놀 수지에서 존재하는 에폭시 수지의양은 에폭시 페놀 수지의 중량에 근거하여 중량으로 약 5 내지 약 25%의 범위에 있는 것을특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 페놀 수지에서 존재하는 에폭시 수지의 양은 에폭시 페놀 수지의 중량에 근거하여 중량으로 약 10 내지 약 15%의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 물질.
