Claims (5)
- DC 전원 입력부(200);상기 직류전압을 인가받아 제 1스위칭소자(Q1)의 베이스단자와 이미터단자 사이에 연결되어 트리거 펄스를 발생시켜 상기 제 1스위칭소자(Q1)를 도통시키는 인덕터(L1) 및 커패시터(C2)를 포함하여 구성되는 제 1스위칭부(210);상기 제 1스위칭소자(Q1)의 도통시간이 끝남과 동시에 제 2스위칭소자(Q2)의 베이스단자와 이미터단자 사이에 연결되어 트리거 펄스를 발생시켜 상기 제 2스위칭소자(Q2)를 도통시키는 인덕터(L2) 및 커패시터(C3)를 포함하여 구성되는 제 2스위칭부(220)로 구성되어 부하(230)를 교번적으로 스위칭하는 LC 미분 공진형 전자식 안정기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1, 2 스위칭소자(Q1, Q2)의 베이스 단자 및 이미터 단자 간에는 상기 제 1, 2 스위칭소자(Q1, Q2) 각각의 스위칭 동작 영역 내에서 스위칭 오프 구간의 파형에 대한 폴링(falling)을 급격하게 하여 상기 제 1스위칭소자(Q1) 및 제 2스위칭소자(Q2)의 스위칭 동작영역이 겹쳐지는 것을 방지하는 다이오드(D1, D2)가 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LC 미분 공진형 전자식 안정기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1, 2 스위칭부(210, 220)의 인덕터(L1, L2) 및 커패시터(C2, C3)의 일단에는 트리거 전압파형 중에서 불요파를 흡수, 제거하기 위해 커패시터(C4, C5)가 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LC 미분 공진형 전자식 안정기.
- 제 3항에 있어서상기 제 1, 2 스위칭부(210, 220)의 인덕터(L1, L2) 및 커패시터(C2, C3)의 일단에는 미분 공진시 발생할 수 있는 스파이크 펄스를 억제하기 위하여 저항(R3, R5)이 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LC 미분 공진형 전자식 안정기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1, 2 스위칭소자(Q1, Q2)가 FET일 경우, 상기 FET의 드레인 단자와 저항(R3, R5)의 일단에는 과도한 전압의 발생을 방지하기 위하여 제너 다이오드와 스위칭 다이오드가 대칭으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LC 미분 공진형 전자식 안정기.
