Claims (5)
- 소각재 투입장치(10)와 수쇄시설(70)이 구성된 브라운가스 소각재 용융로에 있어서, 용융로 본체(20)는 점검창(21a)이 형성된 용융로 몸체(21)와, 상부에 배기구(22a)를 형성한 용융로 상체(22)와 소각재 투입공(23a)이 형성된 용융로 측면몸체(23)를 상호 볼트너트로 조립구성하여 내부에 용융실(60)이 형성되도록 구성하고 용융실(60)을 향하도록 본체(20)측부에 브라운가스 제1 발열실(30)과, 하부에 제2 발열실과, 또한 중부의 일정지점에 제3 발열실(40)을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운가스 소각재 용융로.
- 상기 1항에 있어서, 브라운가스 제1 발열실(30)은 제1 발열관(30A)과 소각재 투입공(30a)이 형성된 제2 발열관(30B)과 제3 발열관(30C)을 연결구성한 것으로 제1 브라운가스 버너(31)에 의해 가열되어 고열의 브라운가스 화기를 만들어 내도록 하여 소각재 투입구(23a)로부터 투입되는 입자상의 소각재가 브라운가스 화기 속에서 용융되기 시작한 후 용융실(60)에서 완전용융되어 낙하하면서 녹아내리도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운가스 소각재 용융로.
- 상기 1항에 있어서, 브라운가스 제2 발열실(40)은 본체(20)하부에 설치되어 용융실(60)로부터 흘러내리는 용탕이 통과하도록 구성한 것으로 흘러내리는 용탕을 제2 브라운가스 버너(41)로 한번 더 가열하도록 하고 여기서 발생하는 고열의 브라운가스 화기가 용융실(60) 내부로 올라가도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운가스 소각재 용융로.
- 상기 1항에 있어서, 브라운가스 제3 발열실(50)은 제1 발열실(30) 상부의 위치에 중심선이 일정각을 이루면서 수평으로 설치되는 것으로 여기서 나오는 브라운가스 화기가 용융실(60) 내벽을 따라 선회하도록 구성하여 화기의 체류시간을 길게유지 함으로써 용융실(60) 내부로 투입되는 입자상의 소각재가 브라운가스화기 속에서 완전히 용융되어 낙하하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운가스 소각재 용융로.
- 상기 2항에 있어서, 제2 발열관(30B)은 한쪽으로 확관되면서 중간부에 평판(30b)을 형성하고 상부일측에는 소각재 투입공(30a)을 형성한 것으로 최고온을 유지하는 평판(30b) 위로 소각재를 투입하여 효과적으로 가열되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운가스 소각재 용융로.
